    We DEMAND FOR RECONSTRUCTION NEW TELANGANA STATE .
                                                            PRESS NOTE

For the past three years the people in Telangana  dedicated in
agitation for the RECONSTRUCTION of the new Telangana state on the
Gandhian method.  It is a great surprise that the people's moment in
Telangana  doesn't exist any where in the world just pathetic under
IRON FOOT of state decades together on many diversions .  In the lost
three years itself around 800 Telangana people (students, workers,
farmers, police, journalists and other sectors) sacrificed lives very
peaceful without harming any one of  SEEMANDHRA SETLLERS . But the
government till now didn't initiate  any efforts to inquire into the
grave deaths. But,  when the issue of  40 sarpanchs' resignation in
the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the Central Working Committee
(Congress) by Mr  Rahul Gandhi  it is discussed very seriously . But
the issue of  800 people's sacrifice lives for  reconstruction of
Telangana state , is it not at all appeared in the mind set of Gandhi
family or other Congress leaders . On this issue of the government not
even cared the deaths.  When we approached courts then courts  also
discarded  by saying that no one is no way responsible for this. Even
still these hurdles just frustrating the Telangana people towards
agitation  for  reconstruction of Telangana state . In the part of
this great agitation, on September coming  30 th  the Political JAC is
going ahead for organizing Telangana March so that the government can
observe the importance of great people's moment.

The PUCL is requesting the supporters of RECONSTRUCTION of Telangana
state to give their full support to Telangana March and to make it
GREAT successful event in the HISTORY. We  DEMAND FOR RECONSTRUCTION
NEW TELANGANA STATE .
