It is being said that before emulate or imitate one should know it is consequences. Indian govt. politician and bureaucrats imitate western countries without thinking the mentality of public.

It is govt. duties to provide shelter, health, food and security to public. If we talk health and food it is on the stack in India. To talk about health it is being made prosperous to open English and Desi Wine shops at every nook and corner of the Gali Mohalla to fill their exchequer to provide medical facilities to public in govt. civil hospital where till today a Dengu fever treatment is not possible.

It is known to everyone that wine alcohol is injurious to health, wealth and family. There is not any law to bar it because wine shops provide unlimited service to public to consume wine and die as early as possible. It proves that govt. is killer not savior of public. After consumption of alcohol a boozy driver makes an accident and kills a number of innocent people daily in accident. If there is provision in law that a man who want to die knowingly consuming wine, it is legally not restriction to this.

In western countries there is all facilities and system to control traffic. In India there is not provision of speed limit especially for politician, leaders and bureaucrats and for those whose name and rank are mentioned at the point of toll tax entry. There is law and rules in India to wear helmet where traffic jam and people stuck in crowed and can not commute.

Indian constitute gives the rights to freedom in alcohol consumption to lose consciousness and kill other in accident Other hand if a man who do not wear helmet during bike driving knowingly that it is harmful but a bike rider who feels uneasiness and burden over his head and mind and get obstruction to see right and left . Physically and mentality feeling comfortable a bike rider avoid to wearing helmet that is an offence under motor vehicles act.

A man who come out of his house to go next street have to prepared, be harassed by one ASI along with two or three home guards and constable who keep eyes on bike riders at Mall Road Ludhiana to make a cope under the offence of HELMET. What is this? It is amicable police service to public. Shame!

Intelligent law maker Legislature, Judiciary and executive forget the infrastructure of India where narrow roads and streets, no CCTV camera facilities, traffic lights problems, all time traffic jam, roads congestion is common. Above all a police constable, who is promoted ASI officer, has faced criminal in his all service. Near to retirement such police officers have no sense and etiquette how to deal with tax paying public. What an intelligent and gentle citizen can accept from them except harassment. All police force is engaged to make a maximum challan to teach a lesson to public. Now a days to force, coerce or threat a child in school is offence same way if police have to teach a lesson to public, how to abide the traffic rules with pressure, it is not amicable. They have to create friendly atmosphere with public to aware their rights and duties of traffic.

NO HELMET. It is offence! No. Behave with public friendly. They are not criminal, may be handled like culprits they are citizen of India law abiding have rights of freedom, they know very well loss and profits of their lives. It is the need of time to aware the public to their duties to nation. Mere a challan of Helmet under motor vehicles act is not a solution of all the traffic problems.
