We have only one objective to defend republic democratic India with its constitution and democratic set up, we have to work for an inclusive economic order which should ensure material empowerment of all citizens of India , specifically those excluded for thousands of yeras. We as followers of Dr BR Ambedkar have to work for annihiliation of caste to make India a casteless classless society based on equality, fraternity, social justice, freedom, civic and human rights. We have a greater task to make a joint forum of social and productive forces which represent ninety nine percent of Indian population. We have decided to institutionalise our organization BAMCEF with grass root level to national level based on geographical, social and linguistic representation. Those who are engaged in active politics seeking share in power may follow their path in the secular and democratic republic. we have no contradiction. But we must unite against the hell losing against the people of India and have to start afresh to resist the system of exclusion and ethnic cleansing.
We have decided to use only Ambedkarite language and linguistics to give up abusive language and hate campaign as we are not against any particular person or community. We have to root out the brahaminical system and the corporate hegemony. We have great Gautam Buddha, Harichand Thakur, Jyotiba Phule, Naykre, Pariyar, Dr Ambedkar and all Indian saints who fought lifelong against the hegemony and the system.
Let us stand united!
I have just returned from Mumbai. This time, my wife Sabita also accompanied me. Meanwhile she was ill. But we continued the dialogue. Our friends have posted just three speeches on You Tube. Entire procedure would be posted on You Tube very soon. Our friend Chamanlal, who has been elected coordiantaor of the reconstruction core committee ha posted a preliminary report on facebook. I have talked to Tara Ram Maina and BD Borker and we, all of us in the unification team are in constant touch with activists all over the country. Everyone is ready to rise for the occassion. We have got overwhelming support form face book friends. Thanks.
Chamanlal reported on face book:
A Great Success ! : Around 200 delegates/representatives of different BAMCEF groups and other organizations who are also working on Phule-Ambedkari ideology from across the 18 States of India have gathered at Ambedkar Bhawan, Gokuldas Pasta road, Dadar, Mumbai in the All India BAMCEF Unification Conference. They deliberated on the different subjects of unification and finally concluded that they all should work jointly in the larger interest of mulnivasi bahujan society keeping in view the severe implementation of counter revolution agenda by the ruling caste group. The meeting itself was a feat in the history of mulnivasi bahujan samaj no less than the important Buddhist Sangities that held in history to refine the Buddhism.
The courageous organizers had shown the big hearts to the wicked. Organizers have appealed the participants to discuss over the solution of the cardinal problems of people working dividedly and strictly refrained the participants in the conference from criticizing anybody individuals responsible for the different divisions.
B D Borkar, the Ex National President of BAMCEF says that as man thinks differently so as he works differently. So to work unidirectional people have to think congruently regarding achieving the objective of structural change. He said that they also tried unification of BAMCEFs in 2004 but succeeded a little. However, above all, he offered his all sought required help in this fresh attempt of BAMCEF unification. He says that unification is not a onetime task rather it is a process that may take some time to culminate.
Tara Ram Mehna, National President of one of the factions of BAMCEF says that disintegration of BAMCEF in history took place only when the objective of the Leader deviates from the stipulated objective of social change. The disintegration never took place among the objective, ideology and the people. Without naming anybody he, however, pointed that the objective of a specific person has become becoming billionaire through misappropriation of BAMCEF fund and investing missionary financial asset into his own private Trust and other private limited companies that are meant for his own aggrandizement.
Chaman lal, the ex CEC member of BAMCEF, however, deliberated differently and spoke that the disintegration problem of BAMCEF are cardinally related to structural and functional lacunas of BAMCEF constitution. Apart from this the icon formation (व्यक्ति निर्माण, मसीहा निर्माण) in BAMCEF movement has always resulted in fragmentation and deterioration of BAMCEF movement. Therefore, before working together it is highly recommendable that first of all, all the willing parties coming closer to assimilation must unanimously remove the constitutional and functional lacunas that are otherwise responsible for icons formation in the organization rather than constituting the Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj institution which is essential for achieving the ultimate objective of social change.
Lt. Col. Siddharth Barve inaugurated the conference explicitly quoting the objectivity of the conference and resolved to achieve the same what so ever be the adversaries in the process. He instructively made aware the people there by showing the projector slide show depicting the counter revolution agenda of the ruling caste groups.
Among the notable speakers those expressed their views on the problem in question were notable journalist and activist Plash Biswas , Subachan Ram-IRS, Chandra Pal (Retd. IAS and President Adarsh Samaj party), Raoji Bhai Patel (CEC member, BAMCEF), Jyotinath kushwaha and shivaji Rai from Bihar, Shivani Biswas, Fakir Chand (USA), Bhaskar wakkde, Manoj motghare and his other collegues.
Conclusion : It was unanimously decided to reconstruct the BAMCEF constitution structurally and laid down the functional and modal code of conduct into it by appointing the ad-hoc committee of representatives of different BAMCEF factions and other similar organizations. Within two-three month the committee will submit its draft to the General Body of BAMCEF for its approval and enactment. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks from the organizers.
