Schools are reopening, but are they RTE compliant in Delhi state? A review undertaken by the Delhi State RTE Forum. Supported by APR, JOSH, EFRAH, SARD, Pardarshita and assorted organizations in Delhi with the support of Oxfam India, Save the Children, CRY and ActionAid India.
