MY 127th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

Another piece of zionist propaganda republished by Ma'an, the semi-official Palestinian news agency (see : http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=300200 ), and again without any reservation. Titled, A parliamentary mob, the article by Uri Avnery, the top Israeli zionist impostor, has a twofold message : one to the Israeli settlers' society to remind his fellow settlers how clever, important, and good a zionist he is; the other is directed to the Palestinian leaders, to fool them even more than he has so far.

First he reminds his zionist readers that when he was member of the zionist parliament, in 1967, all the important zionist leaders were there too, as follows :

"That was 1967, when the Knesset included members like Levy Eshkol and Pinchas Sapir, David Ben-Gurion and Moshe Dayan, Menachem Begin and Yohanan Bader, Meir Yaari and Yaakov Chazan, for whom today streets, highroads and neighborhoods are named."

They had refused to consider his proposal to improve the zionist parliament by creating another chamber of it, he complains. Avnery has always considered himself a better zionist, all the time working out ways to improve zionism. He declines to mention ,of course , his own leading role in fanning the flames of chauvinism and war hysteria before and during the zionist military aggression of June that same year. Yet he blames only the other members of that zionist parliament for the mass hysteria as follows :

"What frightened me more than anything else was the readiness of members to enact irresponsible laws for the sake of fleeting popularity, especially at times of mass hysteria."

Avnery's criticism of the zionist parliament does not lead him to abandon neither the zionist ideology nor the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. He remains a staunch fanatical zionist who is determined to improve zionism, no matter what.

Now to the part which is intended by Avnery to fool the Palestinian leaders. He purports to extol and defend Haneen Zoabi. This is easy, of course, because she is a very likable, intelligent, conscientious, and courageous Palestinian patriot. Yet Avnery conclude his praise of her as follows :

"Israeli democracy could be proud of her."

There is no "Israeli democracy", and certainly not one to be proud of, as Avnery himself admits in the rest of his article. However, the Palestinians who live under the fascist zionist apartheid regime of Israel have no other option but make do with the present zionist parliament to defend their community as much as they can.

Why, then, the Palestinian leaders continue to endorse Avnery's zionist propaganda pieces ? This same question was posed by a strong supporter of the Palestinian cause almost a year ago. Under the title, Why Do We Embrace Zionists Like Uri Avnery? , the author opens her article as follows :

"It never ceases to amaze me that Palestinians promote Zionist writers and thinkers. Case in point is Uri Avnery, a man who has never renounced Zionism; in fact, he is a proud Zionist."See : http://uruknet.net/?p=m57047&hd=&size=1&l=e ).

To me the answer is the same as the one those same treacherous leaders have provided by approving of the betrayal by Raji Sourani of myself and my children to the ongoing torture by the zionist Gestapo here in Australia.(Emphasis added - B.M.).

Obviously, with every passing day of Palestinian betrayal of my daughter, of my son and of myself to the zionist Gestapo; and with every passing day of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing deadly torture of us; and with every passing day of treachery by Raji Sourani and his cronies the Palestinian cause is diminished, the international solidarity with it is shrinking, and the Palestinian self inflicted disasters would multiply.

Under such circumstances the only hope left for us is the solidarity protests by all people of good will around the world.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email  Julia.Gillard.MP@aph.gov.au;r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violations of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

"I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo's torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
