I'm slowly becoming an organic vegetarian. Between genetic engineering which has poisoned so much, such as now all corn genetic engineered, and the deadly addictive excitoneurotoxic, carcinogenic, genetically engineered aspartame (AminoSweet/NutraSweet/Equal, etc.) drug and adjuvant masquerading as an additive what do you eat. People stopped using dairy when RBGH reared its head. Now they have Splenda, the chlorocarbon poison. Today companies use fillers, benzoate and all types of trash. You really should grow your own food with organic seeds. This on fish is very disturbing. Also, consider when it comes to fish you can't eat certain foods because of mercury. Dr. Russell Blaylock just wrote about them again. For instance, wild salmon is considered good for you and safe, but farmed salmon has mercury, likewise swordfish, tuna, etc. The excitotoxin MSG is in many, many foods.
