गहरी साजिशों और सौदेबाजी का नतीजा रहा है भारत का बंटवारा!बंटवारा का वहीं सिलसिला जारी है।
अंबेडकर ने संविधान का प्रावधान रचा लेकिन भारत विभाजन के केबिनेट मिशन के प्रस्तावों में उनका योगदान ता नहीं और न ही इन प्रस्तावों के बारे में वे जानते थे।
हिंदुत्ववादियों ने हिंदू राष्ट्र और मुस्लिम लीग ने पाकिस्तान ब्रिटिश हुकूमत की मर्जी मुताबिक हासिल किया और किसी ने ऐतराज भी नहीं किया।
सत्ता पर काबिज होकर कायनात की सारी रहमतों,बरकतों और नियमतों की दखलदारी के मकसद से जातियां और अस्मिताएं जो कुत्तों की सरह लड़ रही है,वही सियासत है इनदिनों।

क्या बाबासाहेब ने भारत विभाजन के लिए गांधी और कांग्रेस के साथ समझौता कर लिया था?
बाबासाहेब ईश्वर नहीं थे।उन्हें कृपया ईश्वर न बनाइये।सच का सामना कीजिये।
विडंबना है कि हिंदू राष्ट्र भारत ने नेपाल को चीन की झोली में डाल दिया।क्या यह राष्ट्रद्रोह नहीं है?
भारतले मधेसवादी आन्दोलनकारीहरूको मागप्रतिसहमति जनाउंदै नेपालको नयां संविधान २०७२ लाईसमर्थन गरेन। यसै वहानामा विगत दुई हप्तादेखिभारतले नेपालविरुद्ध अघोषित नाकावन्दी गरेकोलेनेपालीको जन-जीवन अति कष्टकर भएको छ।

दिन में ही हमने अपना प्रवचन जारी कर दिया था यूट्यूब पर।डीएक्टिवेट होते रहने के हादसे के मद्देनजर अलग अलग प्लेटफार्म पर सच का समाना यह जारी है।
शरणार्थी का बेटा हूं।अपने बाप की कसम,अपने शरणार्थी गांव बसंतीपुर की कसम,हम साजिशों का पर्दाफाश करके सच को बेपरदा करके ही रहेगें।
इस दौरान मौत भी मुझे अब रोक नहीं सकती।हम फिर हर्बर्ट की लाश बनकर इस तिलितम की सारी दीवारों को ढहा देंगे।
अभी लिखने से पहले हमने आनंद तेलतुंबड़े को फोन लगाया और उनसे कहा कि जितनी निर्मम मनुस्मृति,नस्ली भेदभाव और मुक्तबाजार की यह व्यवस्था है,उससे कहीं ज्यादा निर्मम होकर हमें सच को उजागर करना होगा ताकि साजिशें परत दर परत बेपर्दा हो जायें ताकि बेदखली का यह अनंत सिलसिला,यह अनंत खून खराबा,दंगा फसाद,युद्ध गृहयुद्ध, सैन्य हस्तक्षेप और सैल्यदमन शासन का सिलिसा,नरसंहार का सिलिसिला कहीं तो थम जाये और इंसानियत की जिस्म पर कोई वार फिर न हो और न कायनात लहूलुहान हो।
हमें कातिलों के चेहरे बेनकाब करने होंगे और कातिल अगर खुदा भी हो कोई हम उन्हें बेनकाब जरूर करेंगे,बख्शेंगे नहीं।
हमने आनंद से निवेदन किया कि सच को सच कहने के लिए वैज्ञानिक वस्तुनिष्ठ दृष्टि और निर्मम निरपेक्षता सबसे जरुरी है और चीरफाड़ में पद्धतिगत कोई खामी होनी नहीं चाहिए।
हमने आनंद से निवेदन किया कि जहां भी आपको लगता हो,हम कहीं गलती कर रहे हैं,वहां हस्तक्षेप जरुर करें।
जो हमारा लिखा पढ़ने का कष्ट करते हैं और जो हमारे प्रवचन देख सुन भी रहे हों,हमारे लिखे बोले में गलती कहीं हो तो उन सभी से निवेदन है कि तुरंते हस्तक्षेप करें और पढते रहें हस्तक्षेप।
आनंद से हमने कहा कि कैबिनेट मिशन का प्रस्तावों के मुताबिक सत्ता हस्तातंरण हुआ, कैबिनेट मिशन के प्रस्तावों के मुताबिक सीमा निर्धारण हुआ और कैबिनेट मिशन के प्रस्तावों के मुताबिक जनसंख्या स्थानातरण हुआ।यह साफ जाहिर है।
संविधान सभा में संविधान का फ्रेमवर्क कैसा हो,इस पर जवाहरलाल नेहरु ने प्रस्ताव पेश किया और उसीपर राष्ट्रपति डा.राजेंद्र प्रसाद ने बीच बहस में डा.अंबेडकर को अपना पक्ष रखने को कहा।संविधान सभा में यह बाबासाहेब का पहला भाषण था जो हस्तक्षेप पर उपलब्ध है।
विवाद दो मुद्दों पर था।बिहार के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री को आपत्ति थी कि मुस्लिम लीग को संविधानसभा से बाहर क्यों रखा गया।
बाबासाहेब ने कहा, Thereby it arises from the point made by my friend Dr.Jayakar yesterday that in the absence of the Muslim League it would not be proper for this Assembly to proceed to deal with this Resolution. Now, Sir, I have got not the slightest doubt in my mind as to the future evolution and the ultimate shape of the social, political and economic structure of this great country. I know to day we are divided politically, socially and economically. We are a group of warring camps and I may go even to the extent of confessing that I am probably one of the leaders of such a camp. But, Sir, with all this, I am quite convinced that given time and circumstances nothing in the world will prevent this country from becoming one. (Applause): With all our castes and creeds, I have not the slightest hesitation that we shall in some form be a united people (Cheers). I have no hesitation in saying that notwithstanding the agitation of the Muslim League for the partition of India some day enough light would dawn upon the Muslims themselves and they too will begin to think that a United India is better even for them. तो डा.श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी ने कहा कि जो संविधान का फ्रेमवर्क बनाने का प्रस्ताव है क्या वे कैबिनेट मिशन के प्रस्ताव के अनुरुप हैं।तो बाबासाहेब ने मुस्लमिम लीग के बाहर होने की वजह का खुलासा किया और इस सिलसिले में हिंदू मुस्लिम समस्या को सुलाने के तरीके भी बताये।
डा. श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी की आपत्ति पर उनने कहाः
In the course of the debate that took place, there were two questions which were raised, which struck me so well that I took the trouble of taking them down on a piece of paper. The one question was, I think, by my friend, the Prime Minister of Bihar who spoke yesterday in this Assembly. He said, how can this Resolution prevent the League from coming into the Constituent Assembly? Today my friend. Dr. Syama Prasad Mookherjee, asked another question. Is this Resolution inconsistent with the Cabinet Mission's Proposal? Sir, I think they are very important questions and they ought to be answered and answered categorically. I do maintain that this Resolution whether it is intended to bring about the result or not, whether it is a result of cold calculation or whether it is a mere matter of accident is bound to have the result of keeping the Muslim League out. In this connection I should like to invite your attention to Paragraph 3 of the Resolution, which I think (13/10) is very significant and very important. Paragraph 3 envisages the future constitution of India. I do not know what is the intention of the mover of the Resolution. But I take it that after this Resolution is passed, it will act as a sort of a directive to the Constituent Assembly to frame a constitution in terms of para. 3 of the Resolution. What does paragraph 3 say? Paragraph 3 says that in this country there shall be two different sets of polity, one at the bottom, autonomous Provinces or the States or such other areas as care to join a United India. These autonomous units will have full power. They will have also residuary powers. At the top, over the Provincial units, there will be a Union Government, having certain subjects for legislation, for execution and for administration. As I read this part of the Resolution, I do not find any reference to the idea of grouping, an intermediate structure between the Union on the one hand and the provinces on the other. Reading this para, in the light of the Cabinet Mission's Statement or reading it even in the light of the Resolution passed by the Congress at its Wardha session,
इस बहस से साफ जाहिर है कि डा.श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी को कैबिनेट प्रपोजल के बारे में सही सही मालूम रहा होगा क्योकि वे संवैधानिक ढांचा को उन्ही प्रस्तावों के मुताबिक बनाने पर जोर दे रहे थे।नेहरु ने मूल प्रस्ताव संवैधानिक ढांचा का पेश किया और तदनुरुप संविधान रचा भी गया तो जाहिर सी बात है कि नेहरु कैबिनेट प्रस्तावों के बारे में सबकुछ जान रहे होंगे।जिन्ना को भ मालूम रहा होगा।ये तीन लोग हैं कमसकम जो सबकुछ जान रहे थे।
अब सवाल है कि बाबासाहेब डा.अंबेडकर कैबिनेट मिशन के प्रस्तावों को कितना जान रहे थे।
इसपर तेलतुंबड़े का कहना है कि बाबासाहेब तो नेहरु के प्रस्ताव भी ही व्याख्या कर रहे थे और कैबिनेट मिशनों के प्रस्तावों के बारे में उन्हें कुछ अता पता नहीं था क्योंकि भारत विभाजन के तहत व हिंदुस्तान या पाकिस्तान नहीं मांग रहे थे और सौदेबाजी में वे कहीं नहीं थे।वे कोई पार्टी भी नहीं थे।चूंकि वे दलितों के नेता थे और भारत में सत्ता के लिए दलितों का समर्थन जरुरी था,इसलिए कांग्रेस ने उन्हें गले लगा लिया अपना पक्ष भारी करने के लिए जैसे हिंदू राष्ट्र के झंडेवरदार अब बाबासाहेब को अपने मोरचे पर तैनात करते दीख रहे हैं।
संविधान सभा में हुई बहस का ब्यौरा उपलब्ध है लेकिन कैबिनेट मिशन के वे प्रस्ताव सिरे से गायब हैं।तेलतुंबड़े के मुताबिक कैबिनेट प्रस्तावों को ज्यादातर मौखिक सुनवाई और सौदेबाजी और साजिशों के तहत अंतिम रुप दिया गया और इसलिए इसके ब्यौरे कभी सार्वजनिक नहीं हो सकते।
हमने इस सिलसिले में अंग्रेजी के अपने आलेख और प्रवचन में उन कैबिनेट प्रस्तावों का खुलासा करने की मांग की कि कैबिनेट प्रोपोजल के तहत न सिर्फ भारत का विभाजन हुआ और न सिर्फ भारत और पाकिस्तान बने।बल्कि भारत का संविधान उसीके मुताबिक बना।इतने महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज कैसे गोपनीय रखे जा सकते हैं।उन्हें सबसे पहले सार्वजनिक किया जाये।
पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने नेताजी से जुड़े 64 गोपनीय दस्तावेज सार्वजनिक कर दिये हैं और अंतरिम सरकारों के कैबिनेट पेपर्स भी सार्वजिनक कर दिये हैं 1938 से लेकर 1947 तक के।केंद्र सरकार नेताजी से संबंधित फाइलें अभी दबाकर बैठी हैं और हुकूमत खामोश है।जबकि ब्रिटेन सरकार ने अपने पास पड़ी फाइलों को जल्दी सार्वजनिक करने का वायदा कर दिया है।
इस तरह,अगर कैबिनेट मिशन प्रोपोजल के दस्तावेज ब्रिटेन सरकार की हिफाजत में है तो भारत सरकार उससे वे दस्तावेज भारत सरकार और भारतीय जनता को उपलब्ध करने के लिए कह भी सकती है।
हम इस आलेख के साथ सुबह जारी प्रवचन का वीडियो भी लगा रहे हैं तो कही हुई बातों को दोहराने की जरुरत यहा नहीं है।

Did Babasaheb compromise with Gandhi and Congress to make India a Hindu Nation?As RSS claims that Baba Saheb was working for Hindutva?
Or Babasaheb did everything possible to save the SC,ST,OBC and Minorities?
As he was asking for socialism,nationalization and remedies for fundamental rights!
As he pleaded reconciliation,negotiation and peace to resolve Hindu Muslim problem as he opted for the agenda of annihilation of caste to stop caste based brutal apartheid ending the inherent caste war to protect the unity and integrity of the nation?

अहिले नेपालको सर्वोपरि प्राथमिकताको विषय भनेकोयथाशिघ्र नाकावन्दी खुलाउनु हो र यसको निमित्त दुवैदेशका प्रधानमन्त्री स्तरमा अविलम्व सार्थक वार्ता हुनुपर्दछ र यथा शिघ्र संकटको समाधान गर्नु पर्दछ।
यदि यो संभव छैन भने सरकारले तत्काल राजीनामा गर्नुपर्दछ।
