Drastic policy changes required in India!RK gupta continues his mission

The money supply has not been reduced by this corrupt government of opportunists.Only raising interest rates will further raise inflation as inflation in India goes up with interest rate as cost of money rises for doing business.This is easily passed on to helpless customers in India.Every month companies are raising prices so how inflation can be controlled?

The first thing we should do is reduce money supply in market by 40% and stop printing of Rs 1000 notes.All transactions above Rs 20000 should be banned in cash.Put 3 months period restriction for compulsory registration of land and built property of all types from date of purchase.Government should collect data in all cities for actual market price of land and property and put stamp duty ( only @3%) on 75% of such rate compulsory instead of DLC rate.DLC rates can be kept low to control land inflation.
Stop DA and salaries rise of government babus for next 3 years.They are welcome to resign and leave.What is use of raising DA with inflation.Then how inflation will stop? Cut down corporate salaries by 25% for those who are paid Rs 50,000 PM and more.Cut down by 40% for those getting Rs 2 lacs per month or more.This is must as brainless rise of salaries in India after MM Singh came is one big reason for inflation and disparity.

Make life imprisonment punishment for taking bribes and stealing/swindling public property/money.The fine should be 10 times the involved amount and the spouse should be co prosecuted.All government babus should be paid HRA and vehicle allowance and all government property should be sold out.No pensions to babus and free medical or else do it for all citizens of India.Why special treatment for babudom only? It is eating almost Rs 1.5 lac crore per year including army guys.

The government should come out of USA lifestyle mania and cut down growth target to moderate levels of 6-7% only.Beyond this it is poison for resources starved India with 121 crore population.No use growing fast at 25% inflation and huge corruption.It is negative growth.Cut down mobikes and cars production specially in higher segment by 50% immediately.Kick out MNCs from India who are operating in luxury products.

MM Singh must focus on reducing property pries by at least 25% immediately or he should quit.We are fed up hearing about his expertise and paper PhD degree.PM need not be a economist and PhD holder.

Invest in agriculture and stop conversion of fertile land completely for next 10 years.NREGA money should used only for water harvesting and agriculture production projects.Ban exports of spices,cereals,vegetables and sugar etc.It is ridiculous that a country of 121 crores exports these day to day eatables that are not available to citizens.

Set up National Fair Price Commission to control goods and services prices.See how lawyers are looting the litigants now.Charging Rs 2 to 3 lac per case in high court.I cant see why Rs 2 lacs are needed for heart surgery in poor country like India.There should be separate tariff for locals and foreigners in every thing.We can keep 25% less prices for foreigners compared to similar countries rates.

Unless we go for major reforms in right direction and stop India shining slogans to fool people,nothing is going to work.The damage done by MM Singh is so huge that it may take 100 years to undo the damage now.

All caste and religion based facilities should be withdrawn.Let people go and vote any party they like.No rent seeking in country.

Make 5 years compulsory for any FII investment in India and ban all participatory notes in financial markets.

India should aim for 6% interest rates,6% growth rate and 6% fiscal deficit.I call it three sixes.The income tax shoudl be lowered to 20% highest,tax exemption limit rs 5 lacs p[er year, excise duty maximum 10%,Servcie tax maximum 6-8% and VAT 4%.High taxes are main cause for generation of black money imn India besides the bribe and theft money. 

Double judiciary strength in next 5 years and fix time limits for filing challans on police FIRe and judgements at all levels.Kick out police officers specially IPS if they cant maintain standards . The civil decree execution and recovery should be state duty.if a person does not execute decree and pays up in 6 months he should be sent in jail till he pays up.

Tough actions are required.India should be declared Hindu nation with secular Constitution.No pampering of any minorities.

Today India is ruled by puppets, opportunists and brainless experts.This has to change.

If the above few actions are initiated India can see dramatic change in its economic condition, quality of life of citizens,ethics and good governance and its ranking going high in world.

For all this to happen India should get rid of guys like MM Singh and fake gandhi family.
