Indian Constitution Will Now Be Rectified with Rahul Gandhi's Suggestions
This research was made by two of India's Chief Justices, Justice J.S.Verma and Justice M.N.Venkatchalaiya. These two former Chief Justice submitted the amendment of the Parliamentary Bill 116 in the constitution in the parliament last week however as these issues are related with the ordinary citizen the media didn't highlight these issues and do not wish to openly discuss about it.
But the important question is that is there any need to give the Lokpal Bill administrative importance. India's constitution is unilaterally controlled by the Manuists. And due to the power in the hands of a few people the outcome of this incident was corruption and this is an untold truth. If the representatives of Indian democracy go to the people of SC, ST and OBC then this uncontrolled power will become controllable and it will become an obstacle for corruption. But these Manuists people do not want to handover the power to Native Bahujan people that is why now they are giving an excuse of amendment in Constitution to misguide the Native masses.
The biggest joke is that the amendment is happening by the supervision of the vice secretary of Congress or the prince Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi did M.Phil but to give his advice to rectify constitution he doesn't hold any degree of law. From this it is totally clear that because of being a child of Manuist and as well being secretary of Congress Rahul Gandhi is appointed for this post but in reality he is not a suitable candidate for this post. According to Article 368 of the Constitution, to amend the constitution there is a need for approval from more than half of states and in this case the states are excluded from the procedure. Because the states where there is no Congress we see BJP government and the places where is government of Congress, there is no BJP. May be for these reasons the States were excluded from the procedure. Can the Natives who are struggling to get a steady income for food and home take advantage of the Lokpal bill? Will there be no sentence against the Congress in Judiciary? Actually this Lokpal bill is an excuse to exclude Natives from their birth right? There is no positive solution for this.
