| Ind-Pak policy of Rehabilitation of Kashmiri migrants http://www.greaterkashmir.com/news/2011/May/21/process-begins-for-return-of-youth-41.asp After going through the above mentioned link regarding rehabilitation policy of Ind-Pak, let us all treat it as human issue rather to mingle it with politics or other interests or concerns. As those migrants with contribution & sacrifices, who do suffer mentally being separated with soil & nears dears & physically being in miserable condition, deserve safe return with honor.. In present age to expect from ANSARS to share & care according to spiritual terms is only in books. No doubt there are few Pak/AJK Govt, & Islamic groups like Jamat Islami, NGO's, great dignities, sincere NGO's ….. concerned for migrants & do share as per their limits. But problems of majority of migrants are more than the resources of their well wishers. Also it is unfortunate that due to lack of justice within systems, few are taking full benefits & those with sufferings, who deserve & are with huge sacrifices & contribution are ignored. Initiative taken by Ind-Pak to rehabilitate such migrants is a great human service. But mingling of surrender word clearly indicates the ill designs of policy makers, whose intentions are not on the base of humanitarian grounds but to de-valve such dignities, who have sacrificed their precious time of their age, jobs, nears dears, dreams……..for noble mission. And for Nation such dignities are worth praise, being alive martyrs for their nears dears. It is easy to discuss, to deliver lecture, to write, conducting expensive seminars, visiting abroad, ……but much difficult for such families, whose supporter migrated due to many open/hidden reasons only for noble mission, but their relatives failed to care & share for such affected families...so useless to complain to Nation.. . No doubt there are few limited NGO's, Islamic charity groups in Indian occupied Kashmir…engaged in taking care of affected families of martyrs, disable, prisoners, though more to be done in this field,…… but for alive martyrs migrants, there is none to share. I have received few letters from such migrants, that their brothers….nears dears…instead to prove with solution is part of problem. Under such spicy facts, how such migrants should expect from Nation. Last year, emotional few youth were found manhandling two such returned migrants, when they participated in protests. I wrote an open letter for such emotional brothers, that if they ever tried to share the problems of these affected families of those migrants, whose family members suffered, result their migrant sons were compled to return. An English lady embraced Islam only because of one HEADTH...Think for others the same as you think for yourself....She has explained this HEADTH, can ensure peace, harmony & justice throughout the World...I know pocket money of few kids of those claiming champions is more than the monthly expenditure of those who have sacrificed their luxuries, jobs, nears dears........for noble cause....Here is my challenge...for those, who in drawing rooms with all benefits are making assets, bank balances....that there are many who have served the mission via seing their assets....& are sellers...So how can those buyers at the cost of sellers can create hurdle for such offers. Yes those dedicated with noble cause with sacrifices, contribution & concerned for others...have right to put forward their concerns..... In drawing rooms with all facilities it is easy to oppose such offers, but only those can realize pain of such migrants who have faced such tragic life. Once I read a letter of a father of such migrant & I was emotionally much disturbed, in which his father complained to his son that come back & take me to doctor, as none was ready to take him to hospital. Later by the grace of Allah helped this migrant to manage the treatment of his father. I also showed this letter in a limited press conference, anyone willing to go through the details of letter & this press conference, message or email me & get the details. Due to past cunning experiences regarding rehabilitation of Kashmiri youth, many showing concerns for this Ind-Pak policy, which proved only DRAMA. As many such returned do suffer, & are mentally & physically victimized by Indian forces & concerned authorities instead to rehabilitate & support. So if Ind-Pak are serious in rehabilitating migrants, surrender word should be eliminated & both states should ensure honorable safe return & rehabilitation via meaningful aid & restoration of terminated employs with all salaries & other dues..As separation of soil & nears dears makes such wounds that none can heel…..Otherwise such rehabilitation policy seems to humiliate & trap such dignities, who are assts of Nation, as they have proved via crossing unavoidable risks, sacrifices & contribution.
