INDIAN JUDICIAL TERRORISM     Maqbool Bhat the staunch revolutionary was born in 1938 in Trehgam kupwara IOK.After st.school & St.Joseph's college Srinagar he joined the university of Peshawar . Then he went to Britain , where he organize the military wing of JKLF for arms struggle to break the chains of slavery in Kashmir. In 1966 Bhat crossed LOC, where in an encounter his partner Aurangzab & Indian Intelligence officer namely Amar Chand were killed. In FIR Bhat was not listed as murder, because Amar chand was killed by the bullets of his partner Auragzeeb. Still after knowing the great designs of this great  FREEDOM fighter for justice, was the victim of Indian injustice, sentenced to death. In 1968.Maqbool Bhat managed to dig a tunnel & cross LOC for recharging his mission. In 1971 after hijacking of Indian Fokker aircraft to Lahore, hijackers declared affiliation with JKLF under the leadership of Maqbool Bhat. Resulting Bhat with many freedom fighters was arrested. Before court some clips from the statement of Maqbool Bhat can prove proper guideline & fruitful for present leadership also. """"my role is clear all the way through. However it is true that I have rebelled against obscurantism, slavery, capitalism, exploitation, corruption, cruelty & hypocrisy. Sincerity, fairness, dedication, honesty with mission & sacrifice of mambos made him MAQBOOL not only in Kashmir but throughout World, is itself mild stone for leaders to show sincerity practically, who do claim to be well wishers of Islam-Pakistan-Kashmir) Maqbool Bhat was released in 1974,two years later he returned to  IOK, where while engaged with his mission was captured. On 1984, one of the demands in the kidnap of Indian diplomat in UK , was the Bhat be released. On the base of this demand Indian policy makers for eliminating voice of freedom planned to execute this great freedom fighter in Tehar jail in feb.11 1984. Maqbool prefer death to slavery & proved he was agent of his conscience. This injustice expose Indian tormentors in Kashmir & this unfair Indian decision made  Maqbool Bhat the Father of Nation & his sacrifice the ray of hope, which inspired later the Kashmire youth for freedom struggle against Indian occupation. India claiming big democrat   failed to handover the mortal remains & presents effects of this martyr to his family. The troubles & trounces strengthened the commitment of Bhat Sb for the cause of freedom, is lesson to those who are enjoying luxurious ignoring noble cause & affected deserving families in both sides. Also there are lessons that disunity, injustice, lack of wisdom & sincerity within leadership can never be justified,, when the whole IOK is drenched with the blood of Kashmires.
