The Trojan Triangles that I described are the "Centers of Innovation". Billions of taxpayer dollars are being spent on this - to support the dreamers of innovation. But ultimately, it can't work because whatever "green techno-centric' crap they dream up will be produced in China and India.

A Warning… and why it matters.
Clif High describes himself as a 'Radical Linguist'. He's multi-lingual and also proficient in several computer programming languages. Around 1997 he began analyzing language patterns scavenged from the internet by his 'web bots' or spiders. He found that people's language patterns changed in response to certain emotional impacts. He analyzed this by putting certain emotional subjects into various 'buckets' that he gave generalized and sometimes whimsical names to, in order to group various subjects for analysis. Then he found that people's emotional language actually began to change IN ADVANCE of certain events that impacted them. It seems that people are subconsciously prescient to a degree, and this subconscious knowledge leaks out in the language they choose to use.
In a nutshell, that is how the 'predictive linguistics' of the web bots project works. Scavenging data is purely mechanical. But the interpretation is human labor, software, and knowledge intensive by Clif and assistants. His 'hit rate' exceeds pure chance by something better than 50%. It's not perfect, and it becomes more and more 'foggy' as one tries to elicit fine details out of a subject. It does not predict actual events, but the emotional 'headline' response to those events, with certain keywords or phrases attached to them. So yes, it's kinda 'squishy'…. but still stunning when it gets a 'hit' and you see the actual language anticipated that is later used to describe an event. Sometimes, some strong language pops out everywhere and grabs his attention and can be used as a 'temporal marker' to verify a chain of possible events upcoming.
In July of 2001, Clif found a large 'emotional tipping point' coming in a matter of months. It had keyword associations of 'military' and 'accident', among others. It had an intense emotional impact lasting about four hours, and lingering emotional release lasting several days. He wasn't sure what it was, until Sept. 11, 2001.
The event lasted several hours, and the lingering effect of grounded airlines lasted for several days. It changed life as we know it.
In trying to financially support the bandwidth for the web bots, Clif offered the technology to the government. They were not interested then. He found a foreign investor who paid him to keep it running, and this foreign investor made large sums of money by using the information the project supplied. That has since ended. In one scan of the net, the web bots made it into a Chinese server that was doing the same kind of work, so Clif knows that the Chinese are actively doing this kind of project also. There are also indications that the US government has taken the idea and quietly started using it, also.
In predictive linguistics, it seems that the further in advance they sense something coming, the bigger the event, or emotional impact is. For a year or two now, Clif has been looking at the largest 'emotional tipping point' he has ever analyzed. This one is predicted for Nov. 8-12 approximately. It has an intense emotional impact over four full days, and a cascading emotional release period well into March 2011. This event is predicted to have 10 to 100 times the impact of 9/11 in changing our lives forever after. Clif says it will start in the US and spread globally.
What could it be? Much speculation and an array of various clues and aspects from the 'time monks', but there is much, much happening in the world tensions, as you may have noticed in recent months. Nuclear war? Global Financial collapse? False Flag attack on the US? All the above?
Clif was in the process of a short-term analysis this month, attempting to resolve what was coming as we get closer. His previous reports have been antagonistic to TPTB, and it seems they do not want this information released. Yesterday the ISP for Clif's www.halfpasthuman.com website shut him down without explanation, and not for financial reasons. It seems apparent the government is trying to silence him.
This is great reason to fear what is coming. It is also highly suspicious that the President will be on his longest overseas trip and out of the country when this timeframe 'goes hot'. They know something is coming. You should know, too, and that is why I wrote this. Caveat Emptor. Something wicked, this way comes.

It turns out that the big Wall Street banks have found a dirty new way to make loads of cash from U.S. homeowners, and they really, really don't want to talk about it. So what is this dirty new business? America's biggest financial institutions have become property tax collectors, and it is extremely lucrative.
From coast to coast, the big Wall Street banks are buying up thousands upon thousands of tax liens and are making a killing by socking distressed homeowners with predatory interest, outrageous penalties and almost unbelievable legal fees. In some areas, the big banks are able to foreclose on these homes in as little as six months. The elderly and the poor are the most common targets of these practices. An absolutely brilliant expose in the Huffington Post has brought these issues to light, and it is creating quite a controversy in the financial world. The big banks are doing nothing illegal here. Local governments are offering to sell thousands of tax liens and somebody is going to end up buying them. But something seems extremely unsavory about the big Wall Street banks capitalizing on the economic downturn that they were so instrumental in causing in such a predatory manner.
Today, millions of American families are barely hanging on to their homes by their fingernails. Millions are out of work and millions of others are barely making enough to put food on the table. Meanwhile, property taxes have absolutely soared in most areas of the nation over the past decade. Many Americans are finding that when that time rolls around they simply do not have a big chunk of extra money to pay a property tax bill.
So millions of American families, including many that have completely paid off their homes, now find themselves in danger of being thrown out on to the street over an unpaid property tax bill.
For many local governments, the headache of trying to collect on thousands of property tax liens is just too much, so they are glad to outsource the work of collection.
So how do the big Wall Street banks get involved? Well, it goes something like this.
1) The big Wall Street banks set up or invest in shell companies that will disguise who they really are.
2) These shell companies run around and buy up all of the tax liens that they can get their hands on.
3) Predatory levels of interest (in some states as high as 18 percent), fees and penalties rapidly pile up on these unpaid tax liens. The affected homeowners quickly end up owing much, much more than what the original tax bills were for.
4) If the collecting firm has to hire a lawyer, then that gets charged to the homeowner as well. The bloated legal fees for some of these lawyers can end up being the biggest expense of
According to the Huffington Post, Wall Street banks such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase have been gobbling up several hundred thousand tax liens from local governments. It appears that distressed housing markets are being particularly targeted.
Many of these tax liens are sold in online auctions, so it is unclear if many local government officials even realize who the big money behind many of these shell companies is.
Once again, this is all perfectly legal, but it is more than a little distasteful.
The following video by the Huffington Post does a good job of summarizing what they found. The truth is that there is a huge difference between the letter of the law and true justice.
Just consider the following tragic story from the Huffington Post article
Barbara Carpenter, a 58-year-old disabled Ohio retiree, found herself in such a situation. The former worker for the American Red Cross struggled to save her Toledo home from a JPMorgan entity called Plymouth Park Tax Services, which in recent years has been among the nation's top buyers of tax liens.
It's a great neighborhood and the house is in good condition, said Carpenter, who paid $67,000 for the one-story home in 2004. But she fell behind in paying her taxes and a certificate for $1,500 in unpaid taxes was sold off to Plymouth Park, which is based in New Jersey.
Carpenter's lawyer, Joseph Westmeyer, said Plymouth Park routinely charges an upfront fee of around $1,500 as soon as it buys the lien and 18 percent interest on the debt. If they don't get paid, they foreclose.
It's not a good deal for poor customers,†said Westmeyer. Carpenter wound up selling the house in August for less than half what she had paid. Plymouth Park received about $12,000 in legal fees and other charges, including some additional taxes, Westmeyer said, quoting from court records.
Does that sound like an honorable way of making money to you?
Would you like to make your living by throwing elderly women out of their homes and into the street over unpaid tax bills?
Unfortunately, this problem is not going to go away any time soon. One out of every six Americans is enrolled in a government anti-poverty program. Tens of millions of Americans are barely hanging in there. In addition, tens of millions of elderly Americans live on fixed incomes. Meanwhile, property taxes just continue to go up in many areas of the United States.
Unless the U.S. economy experiences a dramatic turnaround, we are going to continue to see large numbers of Americans get behind on their property taxes, and the big banks will continue to be there to scoop up the tax liens.
Large numbers of poor and elderly Americans that don't even have a mortgage will lose their homes and it will all be perfectly legal. Executives at the big banks will be having a good laugh about their huge bonus checks as thousands upon thousands of our most vulnerable citizens are dumped out into the street.
But weren't the big banks largely responsible for causing the housing crash and the economic meltdown that followed?
Yes.
But so far none of them is really paying any kind of a price. The big banks got bailed out by the U.S. government, and now it looks like the Federal Reserve is preparing another round of backdoor bailouts to help them out again.
But do the big banks show any mercy on the poor and the elderly who have gotten behind on their property taxes?
Not at all.
This is 2010 a time when greed dominates the financial world and when most banks don't seem to know a thing about kindness or mercy.
Government in most venues had to wait four (4) years to move forward with foreclosure for delinquent property taxes. Well now that they have assigned the banks to do the collection, the banks usually move on foreclosure in six months which gets a new head in the door to pay the same levied property taxes quicker.
I note that is a severe conflict of interest and that all who own a home should move on code enforcement against their local governments.
The property tax is for the benefit of the local government (the beneficiary) of which in many venues when established the people securing their interests to protect themselves made sure there were strict time-lines and procedures required before a local government could try to grab your home for past due property taxes.
Well, it appears they have bypassed those restrictions with this one tactic. BUT, being that the local government is the beneficiary of that property tax collected through the mortgage they are also the primary responsible party by assignment or allowance for assignment as the underling direct beneficiary. In doing so or by participation, they have broken their own laws and statutes firmly put into place on their books that allowed them to collect property taxes in the first place.
In fact based on the damaged parties (number of home owners effected) the potential of claim value from these type of collection actions actions to bypass standing local government restrictions; statute; and law here for the direct benefit of those same local governments, it would be good grounds for suspension of that or any local governments charter (shut them down) for having participated for the purpose of financial gain.

On September 10, Israel's YnetNews.com headlined, "IDF sexually abused Palestinian children," headlining:
"Damning (September 9) CNN report cites uncorroborated sexual abuse charges of Palestinian children detained by IDF." Military officials refused to "respond to abuse charges as no details (were) provided," a spokesman saying "We cannot address general claims on the subject in the absence of a specific complaint."
CNN's report "featured an unidentified Palestinian boy claiming that IDF forces attempted to insert an object into his rectum," and that dozens of officers present stood around laughing while it happened.
The network cited Defence of Children International (DCI) as its source, an independent NGO involved in promoting and protecting children's rights globally for over 30 years, founded on the date the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) passed 10 years later.
In May 2010, it asked the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture to investigate 14 cases of sexual assault or threatened assault it uncovered - committed by Israeli soldiers, interrogators, and police from January 2009 - April 2010. The abused children were from 13 - 16 years old, detained for offenses like stone-throwing harming no one.
DCI-Palestine expressed alarm about sworn affidavits children provided, explaining instances of sexual assault or threatened assault to obtain confessions. In 2009 alone, DCI reviewed 100 sworn affidavits attesting to the following:
-- 97% of children said their hands were tied during interrogations;
-- 92% said they were blindfolded or hooded;
-- 81% said forced confessions were made;
-- 69% said they were beaten or kicked;
-- 65% said they were arrested from midnight to 4AM;
-- 50% said they were verbally abused;
-- 49% cited threats or inducements;
-- 32% were forced to sign confessions in Hebrew they didn't understand;
-- 26% cited painful position abuse;
-- 14% were in solitary confinement;
-- 12% were threatened with sexual assault; and
-- 4%, in fact, were sexually assaulted.
It included grabbing boys by the testicles until they confessed, and threatening others as young as 13 with rape unless they admitted to "throwing stones at Israeli settler vehicles in the occupied West Bank."

In its April 2008 report, the Palestinian Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said over 7,000 children had been arrested since September 2000, the start of the second Intifada. About 360 were still held, some as young as 10, treated as harshly as adults, in violation of international law requiring special treatment for children.
Of these, 145 had been sentenced, 200 awaited trial, and 15 were being administratively held without charge for offenses as trivial as stone-throwing. The report also said about 500 youths arrested turned 18 in prison. About 75 were ill and not treated, and nearly all had been tortured or abused by beatings, hooding, painful shackling, and sleep deprivation for several days in the shabeh position.
It involves binding their hands and feet to a small chair, at times from behind to a pipe affixed to the wall, painfully slanted forward, hooded with a filthy sack, and played loud music nonstop through loudspeakers.
The article includes more on their treatment during detention and under occupation, clear evidence of state-sponsored brutality, flagrantly violating international law, Israel's specialty.
DCI-Palestine cited a 15 year old boy's experience after being arrested in September 2009 at 2AM at home:
"While sitting on the ground near the truck, a person speaking Arabic approached me and grabbed my hands and ordered me to stand up and accompany him. He grabbed me so violently and pulled me. He forced me to walk with him for about 20 meters, and I could see from under the blindfold that we stopped behind a military jeep. He slapped me hard twice and grabbed my testicles so hard and started pressing them. Then, he asked me whether I threw stones and Molotov cocktails and I said I did not."
"He started shouting and saying 'liar,' your mother's c..t.' He started beating me all over my body and once again grabbed my testicles and started pressing hard. 'I won't let go of your testicles unless you confess,' he said to me. I felt so much pain and kept shouting. I had no other choice but to confess" to stop the pain.
Every year, around 700 children are arrested, most for stone-throwing, then interrogated with no lawyer or family member present, prosecuted, and sentenced. Over 80% signed forced confessions, one-third written in Hebrew they don't understand. After conviction in military, not civil, court, most are imprisoned in violation of Fourth Geneva's Article 76. Its provisions include assuring "Proper regard....paid to the special treatment due to minors," one of many laws Israel violates, children abused like adults.
When confronted with hard evidence, Israel denies it, saying it respects and observes international law, when, in fact, it's abusively and consistently in violation.
On May 10, Haaretz writer Amira Hass covered the child abuse story, headlining "Over 100 Palestinian minors reported abuse in IDF, police custody in 2009," saying:
"69 minors complained of being beaten, four minors reported being sexually assaulted, and 12 said they were threatened with sexual assault." She added that most were intimidated, abused, and maltreated in custody, before and during interrogations. In addition, they got no food or water for many hours and were forced to name others to stop being mistreated.
DCI-Palestine legal advisor Khaled Kuzmar said many parents don't complain to authorities, having no "confidence in the system that abuses them." It's true. Police and military officials rarely investigate, and when do it, absolve abusers, victims not Jewish afforded no justice.
Like always, an IDF Spokesman dismissed "claims of deliberate deviation from procedures for arresting and interrogating minors, (saying their) arrests are carried out in keeping with international law; the arrests of suspects under 16 years old in the West Bank requires a military lawyer's approval....Minors are brought before a judge within a relatively short period."
He lied, including about quick resolution before a judge. In fact, children and adults are often held for weeks or months before appearing for trial or accepting a plea bargain, Israel's corrupted injustice system for anyone not Jewish - even children as young as 9 or 10.
