How Did UT Shooter Tooley Get Mohammed Atta's Eyes, Eyebrows? --Another CIA Photoshop PSYOP? By Lori Price, http://www.legitgov.org/ 29 Sep 2010 On Tuesday, a 19-year-old student at the Austin campus of the University of Texas allegedly brandished an AK-47 and fired 'several shots' as he 'ran through the campus,' ultimately killing no one but himself... As the list of 'oddities' grows regarding this shooting incident as with so many others, he possibility of another CIA Photoshop PSYOP emerges. A comparison of the image of Mohammed Atta, one of the alleged masterminds and ringleader of the 9/11 terror attacks, and that of Colton Tooley, the alleged AK-47-toting math major, reveals a startling similarity between their eyes, eyebrows and hairlines.

Plan for multiple terror attacks uncovered 29 Sep 2010 Western intelligence agencies have disrupted plans for multiple attacks on European cities by a group thought to be linked to al-Qaeda [al-CIAduh], security sources have confirmed to the Financial Times. According to these sources, terrorist groups based in Pakistan were planning simultaneous strikes in London, as well as cities in France and Germany.

'Mumbai-style terror plot' against UK uncovered 29 Sep 2010 Intelligence officials have intercepted a credible Islamist-linked terror plot against Britain, it emerged today. The threat is one of "a succession" of terror operations [false flags] the country has been dealing with over the past weeks, a government official said, although the UK's terror alert status has not been raised from "severe". The planned attack would have reportedly been similar to the deadly commando-style raids in Mumbai, India, two years ago, with other European cities, in France and Germany, also targeted.

France on high alert after warnings of possible terrorist attacks --Although officials later dismissed the report as unreliable, they maintained the high alert. 28 Sep 2010 France is reportedly on a high alert following repeated intelligence warnings that terrorists may be planning to carry out attacks in the country. The French Interior Ministry had said that a foreign intelligence service had passed along a report suggesting that a female suicide bomber had planned to strike somewhere in Paris.

'Credible But Not Specific' Threat of New Terrorist Attack --Officials in Europe, US on High Alert for Commando-Style Raids After Capture of Suspected German Terrorist 28 Sep 2010 US and European officials said Tuesday they have detected a plot to carry out a major, coordinated series of commando-style terror attacks in Britain, France, Germany and possibly the United States. A senior US official said that while there is a "credible" threat, no specific time or place is known.

U.S. should be able to shut Internet, former CIA chief says --U.S. military has new Cyber Command to begin operations 1 October 26 Sep 2010 Cyberterrorism is such a threat that the U.S. president should have the authority to shut down the Internet in the event of an attack, Former CIA Director Michael Hayden said. Hayden made the comments during a visit to San Antonio where he was meeting with military and civilian officials to discuss cyber security. Hayden said the president currently does not have the authority to shut down the Internet in an emergency. [Yes, 'emergencies' such as exposing and resisting inevitable false flags, phony pandemics, and inside terror jobs.]

U.S. Is Working to Ease Wiretapping on the Internet --Mandate would include ability to intercept and unscramble encrypted messages 27 Sep 2010 Federal law enforcement and national security officials are preparing to seek sweeping new regulations for the Internet, arguing that their ability to wiretap criminal and terrorism suspects is "going dark" as people increasingly communicate online instead of by telephone. Officials want Congress to require all services that enable communications -- including encrypted e-mail transmitters like BlackBerry, social networking Web sites like Facebook and software that allows direct "peer to peer" messaging like Skype -- to be technically capable of complying if served with a wiretap order.

Money transfers could face anti-terrorism scrutiny --The new rule would require banks to disclose even the smallest transfers. 27 Sep 2010 The Obama administration wants to require U.S. banks to report all electronic money transfers into and out of the country, a dramatic expansion in efforts to counter terrorist financing and money laundering. Officials say the information would help them spot the sort of transfers that helped finance the 'al-Qaeda hijackers' who carried out the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

USC receives $15.3 million grant for its anti-terrorism center --CREATE will expand to include more than 20 research partners across the country, and pursue a research program of more than 35 projects a year. 28 Sep 2010 An anti-terrorism center at USC received a $15.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the university announced today. The grant was awarded to the National Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events, which evaluates the risks, costs and consequences of terrorism and provides guidance on investments in homeland security.

FBI agents, supervisors 'cheated' in terrorism exam --Report found significant abuses and cheating involving at least 22 employees, including legal adviser 28 Sep 2010 FBI agents and several supervisors cheated in an exam about new rules for terrorism and criminal investigations and for collecting foreign intelligence, according to a US Justice Department report yesterday. The report found that some FBI employees improperly consulted colleagues while taking the exam, and others used or distributed answer sheets or study guides that provided the answers to the test.

10,000 TSA employees get secret clearances 23 Sep 2010 The new head of the Transportation Security Administration say he's giving 10,000 of the agency's employees access to secret intelligence information to better enable them to detect threats and stop terrorists grope more thirteen-year-olds. John Pistole told an aviation luncheon that he views TSA as a counterterrorism agency. He said his goal is to get the latest intelligence to all employees who have what he called an "action need" to "inform their judgment and decision-making."

CIA steps up drone attacks in Pakistan amid fear of al-Qaeda terror in Europe 29 Sep 2010 A sharply escalated campaign of CIA drone strikes in Pakistan is aimed in part at al-Qaeda units suspected of planning terrorist attacks on targets in Europe, a threat that U.S. officials described as "credible but not specific" enough to allow authorities to anticipate precisely where or when a strike might occur. The intensified bombing of targets in North and South Waziristan represents an expansion of the secret drone program from its origins as a weapon used in a selective hunt for high-ranking operatives to one now delivering a barrage of strikes in the hopes of disrupting a still-murky plot.

Pakistan furious over Nato cross-border CIA raids 27 Sep 2010  Pakistan reacted angrily today after Nato said US helicopters had crossed into its territory from Afghanistan to attack militants, claiming to have killed more than 50 Taliban fighters. The admission that two incursions had taken place over the weekend by helicopters from the Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (Isaf), and possibly a further cross-border raid today, came after recent reports of a covert CIA military force in Afghanistan that crosses into Pakistan to kill Taliban and al-Qaida fighters.

Mr Halt, who retired in 1991, told a press conference that he was working at RAF Bentwater near Rendelsham in Suffolk in 1980 when he had the terrifying encounter.

Officials: Lone Gunman in UT Shooting Was Student 28 Sep 2010 The gunman who opened fire today at the University of Texas' Austin campus before killing himself was a 19-year-old student, officials said. The suspect was identified as Colton Tooley, a sophomore math major from Austin, university spokesman Don Hale told AOL News in a phone interview. The suspect was wearing a ski mask and suit and carrying an AK-47 as he ran through the campus this morning, firing randomly before he went into the library and shot himself to death, according to officials and a witness. No other injuries were reported, but police locked down the sprawling campus earlier as they checked reports of a second gunman.

University of Texas shooting: Gunman dead; searching for second suspect 28 Sep 2010 3:49 p.m.: Authorities have concluded that the gunman acted alone, and the lockdown has ended at the Austin campus. A gunman fired "several shots" inside a library at the University of Texas and then shot himself, according to a breaking news report in the Austin American Statesman. Police "are looking for a possible second suspect" as of late this morning, the report says... Police told the paper they were concerned of a possible second suspect based on witness reports that raised that prospect. Witnesses reportedly described eight to 10 shots fired, "in short bursts," the account said, by a gunman wearing a black ski mask.

Lawyer Involved In Prosecution of Sen. Ted Stevens 'Commits Suicide' 27 Sep 2010 NPR has learned that lawyer Nick Marsh took his own life over the weekend. Marsh was one of the lawyers who prosecuted former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens for corruption, a prosecution that failed amidst charges of misconduct. The Attorney General dropped that case, saying there were problems with sharing evidence with the defense. Marsh's lawyer, Bob Luskin, says he thought his client would not be charged. But apparently the strain of the investigation was just too much.

Wisconsin DA Accused of Sexual Harassment to Resign, Lawyer Says --DA Sends 30 Texts to Domestic Violence Victim 27 Sep 2010 The Wisconsin district attorney (R) accused of "sexting" women involved in cases he was prosecuting, including one alleged domestic violence victim, will resign from office, the attorney's lawyer said today. Calumet Country DA Ken Kratz had fought pressure to resign for two weeks since the allegations were first made public but decided to step down before the Oct. 8 court hearing that could have forced his removal, Kratz's attorney Robert Craanen told reporters after he met with his client at a Wisconsin courthouse, according to The Associated Press.

Jim DeMint, in an unusual assertion of unilateral power, warned the other 99 senators that for the rest of their legislative session this year, all bills and nominations that are slated for unanimous passage must go through his office for review. The move by the South Carolina Republican, who has a growing national following among conservative activists, is his most direct challenge yet to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and it's increased speculation that he's gunning for the Kentucky Republican's leadership post.

This president has done an incredible job. He's kept his promises," according to a pool report.  [See: 1 Million Strong in the Professional Left.]

Barack Obama under fire for grossly underestimating Gulf oil spill --White House commission finds that administration lost public trust and may have sabotaged clean-up operations 28 Sep 2010 The Obama administration lost the public trust and may have sabotaged clean-up operations in the Gulf of Mexico by grossly underestimating the amount of oil gushing from BP's broken Macondo well, according to a White House commission appointed to investigate the spill. In a scathing critique of the administration's handling of the disaster, the two co-chairs of the commission yesterday said government officials made a serious blunder by releasing early estimates of the spill that were about 60 times too low.

Previous lead stories: CIA seeks to gag critics of terror hit list 27 Sep 2010 The Obama Administration is trying to use national security laws to pre-empt an embarrassing court case over its targeted assassinations of terror suspects. In papers filed over the weekend Leon Panetta, the head of the CIA, argued that American security would be breached if the lawsuit was heard in court. "This case cannot be litigated without risking or requiring the disclosure of classified and privileged intelligence information that must not be disclosed," he wrote.

Obama invokes 'state secrets' claim to dismiss suit against assassinating U.S. citizens 25 Sep 2010 The Obama administration urged a federal judge early Saturday to dismiss a lawsuit over its targeting of a U.S. citizen for killing overseas, saying that the case would reveal state secrets. The U.S.-born citizen, Anwar al-Aulaqi, is a cleric now believed to be in Yemen... Civil liberties groups sued the U.S. government on behalf of Aulaqi's father, arguing that the CIA and the Joint Special Operations Command's placement of Aulaqi on a capture-or-kill list of suspected terrorists -- outside a war zone and absent an imminent threat -- amounted to an extrajudicial execution order against a U.S. citizen.

Pentagon destroyed 10,000 copies of army officer's book 26 Sep 2010 The Pentagon has admitted buying up and destroying 10,000 copies of an insider's account of life in Afghanistan by an army intelligence officer. It said that the book, Operation Dark Heart by Lt Col Anthony Shaffer, threatened to divulge state secrets. Lt Col Shaffer, a bronze star recipient, said he had no intention of jeopardising American lives or damaging national security. "The whole premise smacks of retaliation," he told CNN. "Someone buying 10,000 books to suppress a story in this digital age is ludicrous."
