Preparing for the Mains Civil Services is the most lucrative and powerful employment opportunity in India due to many reasons. It offers a high level of social status. It offers an opportunity to those who really want to do something for their motherland in various fields. The power of decision making which Civil Services offers makes a lot of difference to the lives of the people if implemented in true sense.

 

To get into Civil Services, one has to be sincere, hardworking and have a positive thinking towards various approaches so that their decisions always work for the welfare of the people. The sincerity and devotion towards study is the most important factor for the success in the Civil Services. A half heartedly approach may not lead to the top of the ranking in the examination. One has to be sincere about whatever he studied. Second important factor is hard work. One has to devote atleast 8-10 hours of regular study for the Examination. And finally positive thinking certainly leads to success in the examination.
