आज के अखबारों को पढ़ने और राजनेताओं के बयानात पर गौर करने क बाद बेहद अफसोस के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है कि अर्थव्यवस्था या तो लोग समझ ही नहीं रहे हैं या फिर अपने अपने हितों के मुताबिक जनता को असलियत न बताकर गुमराह कर रहे हैं।
ऐसा भी लग रहा है कि जैसे बगुला जमात कारपोरेट है,उसीतरह कारपोरेट प्रबंधन के लोग अपनी पूरी विशेषज्ञता और दक्षता के साथ नीति निर्धारण के साथ साथ बजट भी बना रहे हैं,जिसे हमारे बिलियनर मिलियनर जन प्रतिनिधि या तो सिरे से समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं या पिर समझकर भी आयं बायं कह बोल रहे हैं।
रेल बजट का सारा मामला यात्री सहूलियतों का बन गया है।
आठ प्रतिशत की विकासदर वाली आर्थिक समीक्षा की चीड़फाड़ नहीं हुई।न बदलते आंकड़ों,परिभाषाओं,पैमानों और कारपोरेट फाइन प्रिंट की कोई चर्चा हो रही है।
जैसा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में फतवा जारी होे गया है कि सरकारी कर्मचारी संघपरिवार में शामिल जरुर हों,वैसे ही कोई करिश्मा हो गया है कि हम सबकी पूंछ निकल आयी है और हम सारे लोग रातोंरात बजरंगी हो गये हैं।हम केसरिया कारपोरेट चश्मे से ही धर्मांध दिलोदिमाग से सामाजिक यथारथ और चुनौतियों के मुखातिब हैं और आइने में अपनी बेढब शक्ल से बेखबर सेल्फी पोस्ट में तल्लीन हैं।
जैसे कि आप की सरकार बिजली आधा ,पानी माफ तो कर चुकी है,लेकिन निराधार आम जनता के पक्ष में उसके बोल फूट नहीं रहे हैं।आप की सरकार है और बिन आधार सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवमानना के तहत निराधार आम जनता को गिरती तेल कीमतों के बावजूद यात्री किराया में इजाफा न करके मालभाड़े में इजाफा करके दाने दाने को मोहताज बनाने का इंतजाम है और वह दाना भी बिन आदार मयस्सर नहीं है।
कारपोरेटफंडिंग कारपोरेट लाबिइंग की बदौलत जो बजट पेस होने जा रहा है,वह राष्ट्रपपति के केसरिया कारपोरेट मेकिंग इन की तार्किक परिणति नियतिबद्ध है और रेल बजट का गीता महोत्सव जारी रहना है।बेदखली और जनसंहार की नीतियों का कारपोरेट दस्तावेज पेश होना है।आर्थिक समीक्षा इसकी पृष्ठभूमि है,जिसपर चर्चा हो नहीं रही है।
रेल बजट के सिलसिले में जैसे योजनाओं, परियोजनाओं, राजस्व और संसाधन प्रबंधन,पूंजी और बहुपक्षीय पूंजी,निजीकरण,विनिवेश और कारपोरेटीकरण के साथ मुकम्मल मेकिंग इन गुजरात,मेकिंग इन अमेरिका की चर्चा से लोग परहेज कर रहे हैं,वैसे ही कारपोरेटशत प्रतिशत हिंदुत्व के परिप्रेक्ष्य में संसद में पेस लीक बजट पर चर्चा नहीं होनी है और जनता को सूचना देने की हर कयावद निषिद्ध हो गयी है।लब पर ताला जड़ा है कि खुल्ला बाजार है।

अब हम तो ठहरे मामूली ब्लागर।पेशेवर पत्रकारिता का कवच कुंडल भी उतरने वाला है।घर बाहर चक्रव्यूह में निःशस्त्र फंसा हूं।
ऐसे में आज का रोजनामचा एक विदेशी ब्लागर की कुर्बानी पर चर्चा किये बिना शुरु करना अपराधकर्म ही होगा।
हम सभी जान रहे हैं कि बांग्लादेश में भाषाई राष्ट्रीयता के खिलाफ धर्मोन्मादी राष्ट्रीयता का गृहयुद्ध भयंकर चला रहा है।विपरीत रपरिस्थितियों में भी वहां जनता का धर्मनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक मोर्चा बना हुआ है।
बांग्लादेश मुक्तिसंग्राम की,मातृभाषा आंदोलन के इतिहास बोध और किसान आंदोलनों की निरंतरता के तहत ही यह मोर्चा हर साल बुद्धिजीवियों, छात्रों, महिलाओं, कवियों, पत्रकारों और ब्लागरों की सैकड़ों कुर्बानियों की नींव पर बनी है ।
और हम विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र में उस नींव की पहली ईंट नहीं लगा पाये हैं क्योंकि इस देश में हर ईंट,हर शिला अब रामशिला है और हर पढ़ालिखा आदमी औरत का वजूद मुकम्मल हनुमान चालीसा है।
बांग्लादेश के एक आम ब्लागर और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अभिजीत राय की बेरहमी से विश्वभर में प्रसिद्ध ढाका पुस्तकमेले में बेरहमी से हत्या कर दी है और इससे इस महादेश में धर्मांध राष्ट्रवाद के खिलाफ एपार ओपार बांग्ला के भूगोल को तोड़कर जन भूचाल उमड़ पड़ा है।
हस्तक्षेप में आज सुबह ही इस हत्या के खिलाफ होक कलरव वाले यादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों का आवाहन छपा है।कृपया पढ़ लेंः

शहबाग और यादपुर के होक कलरव ने यह साबित किया है।अरब दुनिया में वसंत बहार का किस्सा भी यही है।
शहबाग के दौरान भी ब्लागर राजीव की हत्या हुई थी।
हम बांग्लादेश में अल्पसंख्यक उत्पीड़न के किस्से हिंदुत्व के मुलम्मे में जानने समझने के इतने अभ्यस्त हैं कि यह संजोग समझना मुश्किल है कि बांग्लादेशी धर्मनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक धर्मोन्माद विरोधी राष्ट्रव्यापी जनांदोलन में जिन सबसे बड़े दो ब्लागरों की हालिया कुर्बानियां हैं वे आखिरकार हिंदू हैं।
यही नहीं,बांग्लादेश मीडिया में जो संपादक विशेष संवाददाता हैं,विश्वविद्यालयों में जो अध्यापक हैं और मंत्रालयों में जो सचिव इत्यादि हैं ,उनमें ज्यादातर हिंदू दलित ओबीसी आदिवासी चेहरे,महिलाएं हैं।
जबकि हिंदू राष्ट्र हुए हिंदी हिंदू हिंदस्तान में मीडिया,राज्यतंत्र और अकादमियों में दलित ओबीसी आदिवासी चेहरे माइक्रोस्कोप लगाकर से खोजने होंगे।
इन्हीं हाल त में हमारे अखबार इंडियन एक्सप्रेस में सत्ता व्रचस्व वाले मिलियनर बिलियनर जमात का जो कोलाज रंगबिंगा कारपोरेट राज्यतंत्र है और उसके मध्य जो महमहाता मांस का दरिया है पांच सितारा ,उसके विलास क्रुइज सवारों के चेहरे देखें तो संसदीय सहमति और मीडिया की एफडीआई परस्ती,पीपीपी माडल,संपूर्ण रामायण महाभारत बेदखली और जनसंहार का,संपूर्ण निजीकरण,संपू्र्ण कारपोरेट केसरिया राज्यतंत्र का चेहरा कमल कमल खिलखिलाता दीखेगा।
अर्थ व्यवस्था और आर्थिक मुद्दो पर जो मकड़ जाल बुना जा रहा है,वहीच यह मांस का दरिया है,जिसमें राजनेता तो हैं ही,हमारे तमाम पा्रतः स्मरणीय आइकन और तुर्रमखां क्षत्रप समुदाय और उनकी मान विचारधाराएं और प्रतिबद्धताएं हैं ,जहां करोंट तक नहीं है सामाजिक यथार्थ और चुनौतियों की ,रोजमर्रे की जिंदगी की,खून की नदियों में ये विशुद्ध चेहरे हैं हमारे मेधा जनप्रतिनिधित्व और हमारे मीडिया की।
Essar Leaks: French cruise for Nitin Gadkari, favours to UPA Minister, journalists

The correspondence which includes purported emails and memos refers to meetings with government officials and alleged favours to ministers, bureaucrats and journalists, is the subject matter of a public interest litigation which will be filed in the Supreme Court by the Centre for Public Interest Litigation.

The Indian Express sent a questionnaire about these records to Essar's spokesperson. Responding to the email, a spokesperson for the company said in a statement: "It is apparent that some of the material is fabricated and some of the allegations are conclusions and inferences being drawn from email stolen from our computers.

Stealing emails constitutes theft and as you would be aware that Delhi Police is taking strong steps against persons stealing information… We have already filed an appropriate complaint with the concerned authorities… We would take appropriate legal steps to ensure that the protection of law available against theft in all its forms is extended to our property, i.e. our servers and data on these servers." Company communications, which form part of the PIL, show that BJP leader Nitin Gadkari, his wife, two sons and daughter spent two nights on an Essar luxury yacht stationed in the waters of the French Riviera between July 7 and July 9, 2013. They were flown to the yacht Sunrays in a helicopter from Nice airport and returned the same way.

Gadkari was not an Union Minister then and had stepped down as BJP president. But an Essar executive, in an email to the yacht captain, made it very clear: "are very important people… see they are comfortable."

When The Indian Express asked Gadkari about the trip, he said: "I was going to Norway with my family and all air tickets and hotel bills for the holiday were paid by me. I did take a ride on the yacht of the Ruia family and that is because I have known the Ruias for over 25 years. When they learnt I was visiting Europe, they invited me. I see no conflict of interest here since at that time I was neither the BJP president nor a minister or MP. I will not do so now since I am a minister but at that time, where was the problem?"
''This trip was a private affair," Gadkari said, "and I do have individual relations with people independent of my public life. Ruias and I have been neighbours for years in Mumbai and I have not dealt with their cases in any capacity or extended any favours to them. Where is the conflict of interest? Also, it is not as if the Ruias were paying a bill for me. It is their yacht which was lying vacant when we visited it. It is their personal boat, they own it. And the helicopter ride was essential since you can only land on the yacht by helicopter. It was a memorable trip."
It is alleged in internal Essar communications that then coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal, Congress leaders Digvijaya Singh and Motilal Vora, then MP Yashbant Narayan Singh Laguri and BJP's Varun Gandhi referred candidates for jobs in Essar.
A senior company executive, in one of the emails, suggests that 200 slots be earmarked for VIP "referrals" and a separate data bank maintained.
Asked if he had referred people for jobs, Jaiswal told The Indian Express: "I may have recommended a few people to Essar. I used to frequently recommend unemployed youth from my constituency, wherever they asked me to put in a word."
Digvijaya Singh, who it is alleged made one such "referral", said: "I do not recollect this case but I do not deny that I used to regularly give references to those who needed assistance."
Varun Gandhi, when contacted, said: "I cannot remember the name of this gentleman that you are referring to. But in the course of my public life, I do come across well-educated, well-meaning and unemployed youth from my constituency and other places as well. They request me to give a letter of reference for employment and my office gives them letters of recommendation after satisfying their bonafide credentials."
Laguri was unavailable for comment.
In one email, there is a proposal from a senior Essar executive that the company gift 200 high-end cell phones to top bureaucrats and MPs. Essar executives also arranged cabs for some Delhi-based journalists, in one case for 10 days. The company kept a record of all such requests made and granted.
I wanted to see the Yacht at French Riviera, says Nitin Gadkari
The Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Friday said the decision to visit theluxury yacht owned by Essar Group in France cannot be construed as a conflict of interest as he did not seek or advance any special favours to the owners. During an interaction with the media in Mumbai, Gadkari said, "In 2013, I was on a private tour with my family to Norway. I had paid for my tickets and hotels."
Gadkari explained, "while we were there I was invited to visit the yacht in French Riviera. I responded as I wanted to see the yacht. I along with my family spent two days in the yacht."
The Indian Express was the first to report the leaked internal company communications of the Essar Group that, as the "whistleblower" said, show how it cultivated individuals in positions of power and influence, showered them with gifts and favours to push its business interests.

When Gadkari was asked if seeking such hospitality did not amount to conflict of interest as he was in politics, Gadkari said, "I would have been too happy to pay for the ticket to board the yacht. But since it was an invitation from a friend I sought the hospitality."

"The only mode of reaching the yacht was chopper which we availed. Obviously, I wouldn't have gone swimming," Gadkari remarked in a lighter vein. Adding, "since the yacht was in waterfront we had to fly from Nice city in France using the chopper."
The minister explained, "It has always been my hobby to visit places and see new things. The visit to yacht was in the same vein. I have seen seaplanes and water buses. In fact I am getting the seaplanes and water buses to Mumbai."
While categorically denying any business interest with the groups which hosted his stay at yacht he said, "At that time I was neither a MP nor a minister nor a BJP president."
