Failure of Manrega:- Human Rights Commission also expelled!
The project named on Gandhi i.e. Gandhi National Employment Guarantee project got sabotaged. This project started since the last financial budget. Human Rights Commission criticized Manrega. According to a report issued on Friday, it is stated that this project didn't do well at all.The commission submitted its statement to the Indian Government that this project has not the capability of any influence .Because the procedure of public distribution is worse. Manrega remains in the same critical situation. The Projects provides that it is mandatory to give rural people job for 100 days. Human Rights Commission followed up issuing second report in which it strongly criticized the policy of the government. Actually the Human Right Commission works for formality in India but first time it has criticized the government.
According to stats from the government, it is clear that 56 million people applied for job. The stats according to documents say that 55 million of people were given job. But the wages they were paid were half of the prescribed sum. By which neither people are getting any job nor they are able to build any permanent asset. The report also states that the education system in rural India is also worse. They don't have adequate facilities and the learning base is not so good. Why this happened to education, it was not described in the report. Actually it happened due to the negligence of education ministry of the government. According to Compulsory Education Act, Mulnivasi Bahujan are deprived of Right to Education. Last month the education programme was issued in a district in Rajasthan forcefully by the state government. But it is not education but it is a programme to issue Manusmriti. In this project it has been said that the education will be provided from 1st standard to 8th and No One would be dropped out. As a result, the merit of student will be nullified due to this random system without screening. To deprive the Mulnivasi Bahujans from education, this project is launched very strategically. By this not only Mulnivasi Bahujan will be sabotaged but the nation will be undermined too. To deprive Mulnivasi Bahujan of education, they made a law and hired masters to cook food and to maintain the file of items cooked. Thus, teachers don't get anytime to educate the pupils. Then, how it is possible that there would be any enhancement of knowledge whatsoever? Human Rights Commission accepted that there was degradation in Education System but never told the reason.

The commission also confessed that the 200 districts which were described as Naxalite areas are actually the Base areas to implement the strategy to kill the aborigine Mulnivasi Bahujans pushing for Economic Reforms. By which beside degradation of both social and economic status of the common people, these problems increased. It is clear that only to kill the Mulnivasi Bahujan people, Foreign Retail Companies are invited .MNCs are destroying the tribals. After all the Human right Commission accepted that Naxalism has speeded a lot in India but it never told the reason.
In this report, it is made clear atrocities against the people belonging form SC/ST communities escalated. It also confessed this. In whole country, the tortures against the SC/ST have increased. The Manuists are the sole responsible for this. An incident happened in Madhya Pradesh. A dog from a higher caste family ate food from the house of lower caste and the low caste man was beaten up badly because it is stated that only due to his negligence, the upper caste's caste got polluted. Every day in 6 lac Indian villages Manuists people exploit the people belonging to Sc/ST communities on the name of caste. And as a result, Mulnivasi Bahujan people are getting killed. They are tortured, exploited and discriminated and no FIR is accepted from them. When the seminar was held against APARTHEID in Durban, then the Indian government claimed that no such thing exists in India. Congress, Communist and BJP, all the three political forces aligned together to exploit Mulnivasi Bahujan people here on the name of caste. But despite so many incidents, the Human Rights Commission isn't accepting this as serious problem.This not accepted as discrimination hut it has been accepted as a joke.
According to this report, the condition in jails is worse too. Due to lack of cleanliness, the convicts are getting ill. The number of convicts in jail also increased because of the merciless drive for the economic reforms. According to the commission, human rights violated by the Judiciary. The commission also confessed that many cases are postponed in court.
Manrega has failed totally. Because Manrega provides job for only 100 days instead of 365 days. And the job is given in case some one asked for it. If they are employed for only for 100 days ,what they would do for the rest 265 days? The Indian government is not showing any mercy to kill Mulnivasi Bahujan people. The Human Rights Commission stated the half truth. Actually the situation has turned more dangerous.
