Clarification from Maoist Communist Party, Manipur,
Its very unfortunate for Maoist communist Party, Manipur to heard that, there is a statement against the recent joint statement initiated by MCP, Manipur. You can find the same at http://voie-lactee.fr/revisionists-tradition-copying-and-faking The revisionists: a tradition of copying and faking.
For the first time we initiate this process. We invited all the progressive organization, Revolutionary Parties, Maoist Parties and National Liberation Organizations including Manipuri Parties. As a response of the invitation I received lots of comment from various parties. As a part of response I received a letter from Comrade Polas, Proletarian Party of East Bengal (Maoist Unity Group)/Bangladesh by refusing to sign the joint statement. We MCP Manipur respect him a lots because He introduce us in the International Communist Movement. We still deserved that we are very new to the ICM. Here is his letter to me
Dear Comrade,
After many days you wrote to us. Thank you for your letter.
The previous letter that was requesting for joint statement was addressed to all whom you think 'Maoist'. We don't think so. For example, the PCM italy, is leading centrist opportunist camp. UCPN (Maoist), they are not Maoist.
You can read the recent struggle from our side against the centrist opportunists from our blog.
So, certainly we are not going to make a joint statement with the centrist opportunists and revisionists.
We want you to join our camp. But that depends on your line and analysis. Last time you left Nccomposa and decided to join Ccomposa. We think this is big mistake from your part. You also struggled to us by taking the side Basanta-Gaurav-Kiran revisionist group.
So, if you go to make joint statement with all the centrist-opportunists, what you should do if your line and analysis permits you, but we think that will be another mistake.
Anyway, Comrade go ahead.
We will not participate in anything with the centrist-opportunists.

Again I reply him by requesting his re-consideration and sign the statement. Actually the joint statement which I circulated was taking out from all response I received. The same statement too I have already sent to Comrade Polas, Proletarian Party of East Bengal (Maoist Unity Group)/Bangladesh and I received no response and comment of making same statement with him. His joint statement comes only after our initiative. We revised the statement again and again according to the acceptance and refusal of the concerns. We also welcome all comradely suggestions. Yes we don't have much time to say Hi, hello to him because we are very busy in our party building. Everyone knows that we recently adopted our political program and finally we established Maoist Party in Manipur on 10th August 2011.
The act of response "The revisionists: a tradition of copying and faking" is nothing but the true culture of reactionary. The PPEB (MUG) is nothing but a party only based at internet and Captain without army. We are not sure for others parties but we proudly should say He is an opportunist and He will be. We can be able to prove it.
MCP, Manipur is a newly born party and most of us are very new to ICM. We are not a revisionist party and the world will see the truth soon. The Joint statement was also not a political process but simply it's a solidarity message. Now we acknowledge the political consciousness of Comrade Polas and His co. They are nothing but a group of problem creator who do not have his own duties accept making criticism base on the second hand information which are available at everywhere.
