VCK has to work for protecting dalits than always babling about Tamil Nationalism, and Tamil Hindus who ransacked thamaraikulam Dalits are also Tamil nationalists in a way,

and its sad to know that the same tamil hindu slave forces who attacked Mahabodhi society.

plz be careful in demarcating the lines.

....let us not exclude Tamils from Hindu ..its same ..its same.....

Tamil Nadu Dalits has to reject the Tamil nationalism and should have national identity and Tamil remains the language of ADI-DRAVIDAS- which includes all community belong to scheduled caste in Tamilnadu and chittoor AP and even more .

At least a dozen Dalit houses were allegedly ransacked and looted by caste Hindus at Thamaraikulam in Thiruchuzhi circle coming under A. Mukkulam police station limits in Virudhunagar district on Sunday. Armed with sticks and sharp weapons, caste Hindus of the village are said to have entered the Dalit Colony and attacked men, women and children. They are alleged to have brought down the tiled roof of houses and stolen valuables, including jewellery.

Thirumavalavan against which VCK lodged a complaint at A. Mukkulam police station, where representatives of both groups were called and a peace meeting was held.

Following this, trouble was brewing between the youth of the two groups. The house of M. Rajendran, vice-president of Thamaraikulam panchayat, a Dalit, was said to have been fully damaged in the attack.

Cases have been registeredagainst 46 caste hindus in the district here for allegedlyattacking dalits and ransacking their houses in Tamaraikulamarea, police said today.

The incident, in which 10 dalits were injured, took placeyesterday in Tiruchuzhi Block, following a dispute over theerection of flag posts of dalit-outfit Viduthalai ChiruthaigalKatchi (VCK), police said.

Caste hindus attacked dalits, including women andchildren, ransacked houses and took away valuables includingsome jewellery, they said, adding the houses damaged in theincident included that of the Tamaraikulam MunicipalVice-President.
