Dear All,
My name is Muhammad Imran Idrees and I am based in Hong Kong from last 10 years now.
I can send the details (if Required) of what I do, my contributions or efforts for the Pakistani community in Hong Kong, China , Macau and Pakistan.
From last 14 years I have been fighting for rule of Law and working day and night for brighter and prosperous Pakistan and will continue no matter what, we were working on flood relief campaign in Hong Kong when this shocking news came to us.
The reason of writing this letter is as below to ask for Justice and to have it now!!!!
My Father Muhammad Idrees , Brothers Zeeshan Idrees and Majid Idrees were at home in Town Ship Lahore on 23/8/2010 at around 10:00pm when a guy named Umer Called my father from his mobile number 0321-4386786 and asked to meet my father to talk about family issues and asked for address.
My father gave him the address without knowing, what evil they were going to do with my family members.
At around 10:30pm we had knock at the door and my father went to open the door and saw Umer the guy mentioned above, Hammad ud Din the (planner and Evil on this earth with qualities of Black Magic and all other Sins) his brother Junaid , Aqib Munir carrying guns and around 15 to 20 unknown gangsters with hockey sticks and other weapons etc.
Once my father opens the door Hammad and his brothers with fellow robbers stormed in our house with guns beating my 65 years old father and my brothers with guns and pushing women around who were at home that time too.
They brutally kept beating my family members in this month of blessings and kept threatening that they will kill them and will come back again.
Since there was too much screaming and shouting in the house and they had the gold they robbed from the house, the panic force them to leave the home with my Brothers and Father following them to the street, where they beat my family members again and later fled away in their cars chanting they will come back and will kill my family members next time.
As this whole assault happened so fast that there was no one to help and my family were unable to track anything but they noted the registration number of one of the car out of 4 to 5 cars which is LEV 5210.
After this attack on my family they went to police station in Town Ship , as usual police were typically slow and perhaps influenced by the robbers in terms of bribes or whatever we can call it which caused FIR to be registered mid night 25/8/2010.
There is enough evidence of the assault as I can see my family members and 65 years old father having injuries which are visible but police are waiting to see if these robbers can really come back and kill my family members instead.
We would like to know why police are not arresting them, since they have the phone number, addresses of their homes and offices and Car registration too?
Are these robbers strong enough that Police is unable to arrest them and put them behind bars or Police have got something in their pockets which caused delay and stopping them to provide us the urgently needed Justice?
Right now the investigation officer who is delaying the arrest of criminals is Mr.Abdul Ghafoor 0300-4508931 from Town ship Police Station Lahore and seems to be avoiding the arrest of criminals for unknown reasons.
I have full faith in my Judiciary for which we have worked hard to restore and most of all our print and Electronic Media, that justice will be served with your little effort.
Since this horrible incident, we have not slept at all and our priority is to get Justice which seems difficult to get by the way we are dealing with Police , however I am expecting your help and assistance by taking initiative in getting Justice for us.
I am very sure that we will get the Justice so that we do not need to protest all over the city of Lahore, as we want to spend that time building our country , helping our country Men, Women and Children who are desperately waiting for our help.
Please help us, by publishing the news or having as breaking news on your TV channels.
I will be grateful to receive your feedback, and would love to give more details about this incident or whatever information you may require.
