Many resolve to dissolve their identities to form BAMCEF - a formidable social front for indigenous mulnivasi liberation.

The unification process of BAMCEF's different factions and other allied organizations with similar objective that had started in March this year has culminated with the General Body meeting of these organizations at Nagpur on 8.9.2013, passing a MOU to work together and leaving a scope to join other likeminded social forces wide open. The convenors of unification process who had approached each and everybody requesting to shed their vested interests in joining hands together for achieving the ultimate goal of BAMCEF organization, had got tremendous response from the grass root level activists. Those who have shown the social honesty in coming together for the larger interests of society are set to convene a joint unified national convention in coming December 2013.

Adoption of Dynamic institutional format: Taking lessons from the failure of leader-centered organizations, the drafting committee on BAMCEF constitution has strictly adhered the dynamic institutional format of functioning and finished the scope creating so-called icons/masshihas that has sold the mulnivasi bahujan mission to Brahmins for their own interests.

Formation of Full-Timers organization: The collegiums on BAMCEF constitutional redesign has set the priority of formation of full-timers organization under the aegis of BAMCEF based on Buddha's Bikkhu sangha style of functioning and ethics above all the priorities of the organization. 

BAMCEF and Trusts: This has been observed that some people of vested interests are running trusts on the name of BAMCEF and viciously pouring in the donations/funds that are collected on the name of BAMCEF from the society and thus turning those assets onto their own names which is against the very spirit of an institutions. The new unified front has finished the scope of this mal-practice. In case if the trusts are required to fulfil the cardinalities of objectives the trustees shall essentially not be fixed so that no one could create his/her hegemony over the trusts property.

National President of BAMCEF: So far as the national president-ship of BAMCEF had been the hot spot for anybody turning himself into icons or masiha and damaging the organization in the end, the new unified front of BAMCEF has essentially made the national president of BAMCEF as the means of the organization carrying over the agenda of CEC to the mass keeping his term fixed for maximum of two years and strictly prohibiting any extension on his term. His financial powers have been diverted to a separately managed financial committee. 

BAMCEF Federal Structure : So far as no organizations has worked in tandem with the ultimate objective of BAMCEF organization keeping its identity separate, neither none has dared to invite other like-minded organizations to work under the federation of BAMCEF for the sake of fear of so called organisers hegemony being destroyed. First time multiple organizations of like-minded objective have agreed to work under the federation of BAMCEF in absolute harmony and coherency of the objective and the methodology of BAMCEF organization.

Unification Process is still wide open: However, the convening committee of unification of BAMCEF factions and other allied organizations has got tremendous success in bringing people together what they strived for and consequently declaring a unified national convention that to be held in coming December 2013. But for the larger interests of mulnivasi bahujan samaj the coordinators still have left the scope for more people shedding their petty vested interests to join the wagon for the larger social interests.

Chandu Mahske–the ex national President of BAMCEF of B D Borkar group : The ex national president of BAMCEF of B D Borkar group had flayed the institutional rigidity of B D Borkar's so-called institution that had lost the available opportunity from being growing itself with so many people for the sake of petty fear of ruining their own hegemony in BAMCEF and over the trusts they run. He said the opportunity also existed before them in 2010 but due to petty interests of some of the institutionalists in their institution it could not be exploited in the larger interests of the society. He dubbed this so called institution as non-dynamic controlled by the few and therefore he is no more in this institution and agreed upon to cooperate the new unified BAMCEF as much as he can in the larger interest of the society. 

Waman Meshram's Mission-commission acopmlished : Waman Meshram's (aged 57 years) mission of turning D K Khaparde's institutional BAMCEF into commission has accomplished with his court marrying an Ahmedabad based activists (K K Nedriya's ) daughter (Nisha Nedriya, aged 34 years) in Pune on 17.09.2013 and giving reception the same day at Pune BAMCEF Bhawan. The insiders in the organization have reported that lady who used to call Waman meshram as 'Uncle' is already pregnant by four month with him. Waman meshram who was already facing a low on account of the illicit relationship with the Akola based woman doubly rocked his blind activists and well-wishers setting up the new low morality in his private limited BAMCEF organization. We already have awakened the blind mass writing many informative articles by analysing his character and methodology to cheat his activists and the mission above all. There is no morality with him neither within the organization run by him. Buddha says that 'morality' is above all the essential virtue than the other required virtues in accomplishing the social mission. Now their activists and well wishers stand regarding mulnivasis liberation is set victimized. We have a silver lining that true sense of analytical wisdom would prevail among their blind followers as we have already analysed that 'leader centered' (व्यक्ति आधारित) organizations are the new tools in the hands of Brahmins to en lengthen the slavery of Mulnivasi bahujan samaj through such tools.
