Session of the UN Human Rights Council chaired by Barrister A. Majid Tramboo, room XXII on self-determination in Jammu and Kashmir, 15th March, 2011 Time: 13:00-15:00 hrs
Dr. Awatar Singh Sekhon
Participants: Altaf Hussein Wani, Professor Zays, and five more
Participating in the discussion, Dr. Sekhon addressed to the Chair that it is an opportunity and honour to be a part of the discussion on the subject of the Self-Determination in the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK) illegally occupied by the largest democracy of our world, India, so to speak.
First, Chair should not term Altaf H Wani's presentation as full of emotions. Mr. Chairman, when a massive rape of children, daughters, sisters and mothers is carried out by the armed personnel of the barbarian Brahmins-Hindus' alleged democracy IDA:JK), only a stone-hearted person could control his/her emotions. Pardon me for my expressions that Mr. Wani did not deliver his presentation emotionally. Rather, when such humiliation of the female sex is carried out massively, no person with due respect to the female sex, can remain 'stone-hearted' and without emotions.
Mr. Chairman, I myself know what could be humiliation, as I have gone through my children, daughters, sisters and mothers in the time of an 'undeclared' war on the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, Khalistan (under the occupation of the 'Brahmins-Hindus' alleged Indian democracy), in June, 1984, in the form of a brutal military "Operation Bluestar" of June, 1984, and in 1980s and 1990s. In fact, such humiliations are the 'modus operandi' of the barbarian Brahmins-Hindus, ever since the time Ashoka the great laid down his state's arms. The barbarians saw it the best opportunity and they 'exterminated' the followers of Buddhism (see Bali Ram Lahori's title, published from the Ambadekar Centre, Wolverhampton in1990s).
Secondly, Mr. Chairman, the process of Self-Determination is very simple, if one believes in it. If it is beating around the bush, as the Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian democracy has been doing for over 63-years. I can cite two examples of 'referendum or 'Self-Determination' twice in the French Canada (Province of Quebec) and once in Puerto Rico. In both these referenda, the French Canadians decided affirmatively, in the administrations of late Right Honorable Pierre Elliott Trudeau and Right Honorable Jean Chretien, to be a part of Canada.
In the latter case, the United States mandate to rule Puerto Rico was expiring, but the Puerto Ricans wanted to be a part of the US or be governed by the United States. In this case, the U S law-makers asked the Puerto Ricans that either 'you control your destiny by yourself or the people of Puerto Rico must vote on the question as to what they want'. In the elections, Puerto Ricans sent a message through their elections that "we would like to be a part of the U S," and the U S law makers accepted the wishes of the Puerto Rican people. The matter had been decided by a majority vote.
That is all Mr. Chair. I wish you and the people of the IDA:JK all the best and success to fulfill your dream of the destiny of your people. I do not have ground to believe that the apartheid-loving Brahmins-Hindus would give a chance to the IDA:JK.
