This was the message from Sir Gerald Kaufman MP to hundreds of pro-Palestinian supporters who packed London's Conway Hall for PSC's Rally for Gaza on Tuesday (18th).    At a buoyant and optimistic meeting, speaker after speaker spoke of the strength of the solidarity movement in the UK, the work that has already been done, and the hard work that remains to be done in the struggle for Palestinian freedom.  However, the meeting, which marked the second anniversary of the end of Operation Cast Lead and the massacre of 1,417 Palestinians in Gaza by Israel, began on a sombre note with a minute's silence for the dead.   'Our struggle is here, on the streets of London, on the streets of Manchester and on the streets of Glasgow. We are not apologists for occupation, we are advocates of resistance.' Leading British retail business John Lewis is now refusing to stock this toxic brand. Canadian retailer The Bay has also confirmed that it had also discontinued sales of Ahava products.   John Lewis' decision signifies yet another victory for the growing Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. Consumers are refusing to buy goods from companies profiting from Israel's illegal occupation.
