I am presenting below the full text of the Statement of Dr. Subramanian Swamy, President of the Janata Party issued today (1 December 2010, Wednesday).  

"I demand from the Prime Minister that now he must forthwith invoke national security, cancel all the licenses in the 2G Spectrum matter and re-advertise for an auction.  If he fails to do that immediately I shall have no alternative but to go back to the Supreme Court to seek a direction since the fundamental rights of one billion plus Indians have been compromised."

 It is clear from the above Statement of Dr. Subramanian Swamy that we have a Union Home Minister with dubious and murky credentials not very different from that of the former Union Telecom Minister A. Raja or Central Vigilance Commissioner Polayil Joseph Thomas or the Solicitor General of India (nay, Saboteur General of India) Gopal Subramaniam. All of them seem to be cast in the same shameless Firangi Memsahib Sonia mould and UPA II mould!

Why did it take such a long time for the Union Home Ministry to 'discover' that the Etisalat DB Telecom Company has connections with the ISI OF Pakistan? Was this sudden discovery propelled byDr. Subramanian Swamy's letter (dated 27^th November 2010) to the Prime Minister?  I am presenting a copy of this letter below.

Dear Prime Minister:

I am happy that you finally acted and went over the head of your Home Minister P.Chidambaram (who malafide vacillated), to order the arrest of Joint Secretary in the Home Ministry Mr.Ravi Inder Singh IAS., for betraying the country.

            It is now high time for you to consider all my earlier letters regarding Mr.Chidambaram, regarding his being guilty of conduct unbecoming of a Minister. I had written to you earlier about his visiting massage parlours in a seedy Government hotel where Uzbeki girls frequent, driving off in jeans and dark glasses without a driver or anyone else to Greater Kailash in New Delhi-- without informing anyone, and beating up a Times of India photographer for taking pictures of him late night in a Bangalore discotheque and thereby fracturing his own toe in the scuffle.  You may also be aware of what I wrote to you about a lady IAS officer in Finance Ministry whose husband (also IAS) had requested her transfer of posting because she was being harassed.

            I have been recently informed by my friends in London that the British Intelligence MI-6 had video photographed Mr.Chidambaram while he in the company of an escort service European girl provided by an Indian company with which he has had a formal fiduciary relation, as a paid Director. You also must know that his 2009 elections to Lok Sabha is a complete fraud.  His certificate of election from the Returning Officer was extracted under duress by the DMK CM, Mr.Karunanidhi despite Mr.Chidambaram losing the election by 7000 votes to the AIADMK candidate.  

            But now, it is disturbing to learn that your Government has through Mr.Chidambaram conveyed approval to J&K CM Omar Abdullah to allow return from PoK of all those who had left the troubled State since 1989.

            This is a dangerous step that seems to have been decided by a back channel person who has been hell bent on India parting with J&K by hook or crook. It seriously undermines and jeopardizes the national security of the nation.  It will help the ISI of Pakistan to better co-ordinate subversive and terrorist activities in India.  The agencies of Pakistan have been meeting Omar Abdullah in Dubai and London. I never thought this promising youngster will go to seed like this. Who has been the baneful influence on him? In any case, I urge you overturn this decision.

            Most of all, as a safeguard, I urge you to obtain the resignation of Mr.Chidambaram because has de-facto become a national security risk. He has consistently failed to concentrate on the work of the Ministry.

All our countrymen must know that we have never had a Union Home Minister after Independence on Aug 15, 1947 who is the single greatest threat to our National Security and to our very survival as an independent and sovereign nation. I am constrained to say this taking note of the above letter ofDr. Subramanian Swamy addressed to the Prime Minister of India on 27^th November 2010 and sent to him four days ago.  After reading Dr. Subramanian Swamy's letter relating to the adventures, misadventures and escapades of our Home Minister, I cannot help recalling the PROFUMO AFFAIR in the Britain of 1963. One of the greatest sex political scandals of the 20^th Century relates to John Profumo who was Secretary of State for War in the Government of Harold Macmillan, who was then the Prime Minister of Britain.

John Profumo's affair with Christine Keeler, the reputed mistress of an alleged Russian spy,followed by his lying in the House of Commons when he was questioned about it, forced the resignation of John Profumo and damaged the reputation of Prime Minister Harold Macmillan's government. Macmillan himself resigned a few months later due to ill health. Such a thing cannot happen in a country like India as long as Firangi Memsahib Sonia Gandhi continues as the Chairman of the UPA Co-ordination Committee in the rank of a Union Cabinet Minister on paper and acting as super Prime Minister in practice!

In our UPA II Government today, normal marital sex by Union Ministers is viewed as rabidly 'communal', 'superstitious', 'backward' and 'non-secular'. Extra-marital sex in this lust-filled world of globalization and privatization, without any distinction of nationality, language or religion in the true Sonia Congress UPA II tradition is truly 'secular', 'refined', 'progressive' and 'cosmopolitan'.

Let me now get back to the PROFUMO AFFAIR of 1963. On 21 June 1963 Harold Macmillan, the Prime Minister of Great Britain, asked Justice Denning to lead an enquiry into the "circumstances leading to the resignation of the former Secretary of State for War, Mr J. D. Profumo". The period of the inquiry took 49 days and involved his speaking to 160 people. Justice Denning concluded that the primary responsibility for the scandal was with Profumo, for associating with Keeler and for lying to his colleagues, with the greatest error being his false statement in the House of Commons. He also said that the situation had been looked at in the wrong way by police, members of parliament and the security services; rather than asking if Profumo had committed adultery they should have asked if his conduct had led ordinary people to believe that he committed adultery. His analogy was with divorce law; a man does not need to have committed adultery for his wife to have grounds to divorce him, but rather she simply has to believe that he has committed adultery. This is because such a belief would destroy the trust and confidence within the relationship.

Lord Denning released the Government's Official Report on 25 September 1963, and one month later, Prime Minister Harold Macmillan resigned on the grounds of ill health, which had apparently been exacerbated by the scandal. He was replaced by the Foreign Secretary, the Earl of Home, who renounced his title to become Sir Alec Douglas-Home.

Seeing the extra-ordinarily noble conduct of Union Home Minister Pa Chidambaram, I cannot help recalling a meeting which I addressed in the University of Minnesota in U.S.A in 2001. At that time, Clinton's affairs with his Presidential Intern Monica Lewinsky was very much in the news. As a lover of poetry and limericks, I composed a limerick on the spot on President Clinton. It ran as follows:

I am sorry to state

Your sexy President Clinton
Mixed up the High and Mighty Affairs of State
With his exciting Private States of Affair
Which I am sorry to have to state
Has not been in the larger interests 
Of the American Ship of State!

When I completed my recital the audience clapped lustily and came forward to congratulate me on my extempore limerick!

Dr Subramanian Swamy has also referred to the new initiatives of the Union Home Minister to permit the people from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir to return to the Indian State of Jammu and Kashmir and the disastrous implications of this treacherous move for India's security. Mohammad Ali Jinnah created a"truncated and moth-eaten" Pakistan for the Muslims of India on August 14, 1947. The dream of everyjihadi Pakistani ever since that date has been the creation / establishment of a Pan-Islamistan or Mughalista n or Akhand Pakistan. Such Islamic Nationalist Pakistanis who have been dreaming about the creation of a trans-national and trans-continental Islamic paradise from Eastern Europe to the East Indies including Burma, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, etc through Islamic terrorist agencies like the ISI and the Lashkar-e-Toiba (and several such Islamic terrorist agencies) seem to be now in a state of Islamic ecstasy on account of Dhimmi Kafir UPA Home Minister Pa Chidambaram's recent overture towards the Kashmiris of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK). This irresponsible Minister has extended a shameless political invitation to the treacherous Muslim traitors (Kashmiris!) who had joyously gone over to PoK to learn the various ways of looting, raping, maiming and killing the Kafir Hindus in Kashmir to begin with and in the rest of India thereafter in the years after our independence!

To quote the truly Islamic, anti-Kashmiri Pandit and anti-Hindu words of Pa Chidambaram: "The Government of India is ready to "welcome" Kashmiris who had gone to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) if they are ready to return to India after giving up their militancy. The idea that any Indian who had crossed over to PoK and wishes to return to India is certainly welcome", This treasonable and essentially anti-national proposal has been mooted by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and seconded by Union Home Minister Pa Chidambaram. The former Chief Minister of J&K Ghulam Nabi Azad was always against such a proposal on the ground that those Kashmiris from PoK coming to J&K would only foment endless trouble in J&K. I understand that several other Cabinet Ministers in UPA Government are also feeling the same way as Gulam Nabi Azad.

Do we require one EVM-elected, Sonia-nominated, abrasive and treacherous Union Home Minister to provide special home and shelter only to the Islamic fundamentalists, I mean the Lashkars, Fidayeens, Ghazis from Pak Occupied Kashmir (PoK) referred to belovingly as 'Kashmiris' by Pa Chidambaram? Are not the evangelical, pan-Islamic and anti-Hindu Firangi Memsahib Sonia and the ever Sonia-servile men like Dr Manmohan Singh and Pa Chidambaram conspiring together to make the Hindus of India homeless and stateless not only in Jammu and Kashmir but in the whole of India?

Noting that "PoK is actually an Indian territory", Pa Chidambaram has said the Government "should facilitate the return" of those who had gone across the Line of Control for "some reasons" (however murderous and treasonable!!). In this context, consider what would happen to `a Chinese Muslim who crosses over to Pakistanfor the express purpose of fighting the Chinese State and then later returns to China. He would be hanging from the end of a rope within the same week. Countries like China have not strangulated themselves with self-defeating and self-destroying provisions like those to be seen in Articles 25 to 30 and Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. They can hang their known National traitors (parallels of criminal terrorists like Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab in eunuch-dominated Sonia India!) effortlessly and with great expedition. But here, in "secular" India, the shameless, treacherous, always pro-Muslim and pro-Pakistani UPA II Government would welcome such Muslim traitors with open arms and feed them mutton biriyani. That is what precisely Pa Chidambaram has done by extending an open invitation to the Kashmiri Muslim terrorists currently located in POK to come back to Jammu and Kashmir State as honourable citizens. Under the Sonia Congress Government there is continuous misuse and abuse of Articles 30, 44 and 370 read with Article 1, 2 and Article 13 of the Indian Constitution to create more and more Pakistans for the total 'Islamic' Balkanization of India. India today can be religiously remote controlled by the evangelical forces in Rome, the Islamic forces in Saudi Arabia and the international political forces emanating from Washington DC. The global epicentre for this death-trap for the Indian Nation is No.10 Janpath in New Delhi!

FIRANGI MEMSAHIB SONIA GANDHI WANTS ONLY KNOWN CRIMINALS OR PLIABLE CORRUPT MEN AND WOMEN FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES TO HOLD THE HIGHEST CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICES, INCLUDING THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, IN THE STATE OF INDIA. Giving cubic content to this anti-national objective seems to be the only job of the Italian Chairman of the UPA Co-Ordination Committee!!!

"The Home Ministry's confirmation that Etisalat DB Telecom Company has dubious connection with Pakistan vindicates my stand that I have all along taken on the 2G Spectrum.  In my various letters to the Prime Minister I have repeatedly pointed out that Etisalat DB has deep links with ISI.  In fact in 2005 Etisalat DB had purchased a stake in PTCL, an ISI supported Pakistani telecommunication company."

 "It is shocking that the Home Ministry has woken up only after the Prime Minister forwarded my letters to the Home Ministry.  I therefore demand the resignation of Mr. P. Chidambaram for keeping the country in the dark for what the Intelligence Agencies in the country had already documented for the Home Ministry. The belated disclosure today by the Home Ministry is to create a alibi for their inaction all this period.  The Home Minister Mr. Chidambaram has been consistently supporting Pakistani interests in Kashmir and now it turns out that he is guilty of gross dereliction of duty in not blocking the 2G Spectrum allocation  at an early stage before the Swan Telecom sold its controlling stakes to Etisalat DB."
