সত্যিই বলতে, ভারতে মুসলিমদেরকে (পশ্চিমবঙ্গে মুসলিম জনসংখ্যা প্রায় ৫০%) অধিকার বঞ্চিত করা হলেও, বাংলাদেশের সংখ্যালঘু হিন্দুদের (জনসংখ্যার মাত্র ২-৩%) অবাধ অধিকার দেয়া হচ্ছে। বাংলাদেশে-
১) দুর্গা পূজায় সব স্কুলগুলো প্রায় ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত বন্ধ থাকে।
২) জন্মাষ্টমী ও সরস্বতী পূজা উপলক্ষে সবগুলো স্কুল-কলেজ-ইউনিভার্সিটিগুলো মন্দিরে পরিণত হয়।
ভারতের হিন্দুরা মুসলিমদের অধিকার দেয় না, কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে হিন্দুরা সবচেয়ে বেশি অধিকার ভোগ করে মুসলমানদের চেয়ে।
