Because of some technical problem with the petitionsite http://www.thepetitionsite.com/ I (the creator of the Lokpal petitions) have not been able to update the first three petitions for the past one and half month or so.
I've also not been able to convert all the three petitions into a Portable Document Formats / PDFs with proper alignment and formatting after updating them.
There's been no response from the customer care of the above mentioned site for the past one and half month or so despite my two written requests to rectify the technical problem.
Therefore, I've attached the updated version separately at the beginning of this file (at the end of this covering letter). This updated version is common to the first three petitions.
I have included only the list of signatures that have been made to the first three petitions in the end in a chronological sequence as this updated version itself is the common content / body of the all three petitions.
The inconvenience that's been caused to the signatories / signers of the all three petitions is regretted.
