On  Wednesday night, an 80 year old Baitullah Kadar Telli who hailed from UP and had been malciously confined by the Gujarat police and SIT for nine years but had been acquitted on February 22 2011,   died of a heart attack.
He was originally from UP working in a hotel for his livelihood.. Local people had collected money for him so that he is back with family but unfortunately after spending 9 years in jail when finally he was out hehas left the  world. So tragic.
By 2007 eight other innocent persons had died in custody.

We Argued for FIR registratn and criminal prosecution of Narendra Modi and
For IG Sanjeev Bhatt s  affdvt to be directed to be  filed in Supreme Court.
SC wanted some time (as its own registry had not given Justices Jain and Alam the Amicus reporrt!!! The AC had given a ten page report to the Court on 20.1.11.... )
We said only a short date since matter was of national importance. Now
15th March 2011 ...next hearing
