There are two points to be consider:

1. On the day of Genocide of Gujarat Muslims, the Honourable Justice A Qaderi of the Gujarat High Court said "Article 14 of the Indian Constitution, which provides protection and safety to the citizens of India, has been rendered ineffective by the Hindus and Brahmins militants and fundamentalists." It was the administrations of Narender Modi and a criminal Prime Minister AB Vajpayee, in the State of Gujarat and at the New Delhi administration, respectively.

2. The judgement delivered after almost 9-year does not serve any purpose; rather, it penalized a few more 'Muslim citizens of the 'Brahmins-Hindus alleged Institution of democracy'. Moreover, the judgement delayed is judgement denied.

Where were the protectors of the Indian Constitution when the 'Genocide' took place?
