বিকেল ৪টা ৩৭ মিনিটে গণজাগরণ মঞ্চের মুখপাত্র ডাঃ ইমরান এইচ সরকারের নেতৃত্বে গণজাগরণ মঞ্চের নেতাকর্মীরা ফুল দিয়ে শ্রদ্ধা জানান। এরপর নিহত নিলয়ের স্মরণে দাঁড়িয়ে এক মিনিট নীরবতা পালন করা হয়। এরপরই শুরু হয় নিহত নিলয় শ্রদ্ধা জানানো। বিভিন্ন সামাজিক-সাংস্কৃতিক, রাজনৈতিক, ছাত্র সংগঠনের নেতাকর্মীরা ফুল দিয়ে শ্রদ্ধা জানান। শ্রদ্ধা জানায় সম্মিলিত সাংস্কৃতিক জোট, বাংলাদেশ সমাজতান্ত্রিক দল, সমাজতান্ত্রিক ছাত্রফ্রন্ট, সমাজতান্ত্রিক মহিলা ফোরাম, বাংলাদেশ উদীচি শিল্পীগোষ্ঠী, জনউদ্যোগ, যুব ইউনিয়ন, ছাত্র ইউনিয়ন, বিপ্লবী ছাত্র সংহতি, নিজেরা করি, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা যুব কমা-, জাগো নারী ডটকম প্রমুখ সংগঠনের নেতাকর্মীরা।
শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করে মঞ্চের মুখপাত্র ডাঃ ইমরান এইচ সরকার বলেন, এটা খুব মারত্মক ব্যাপার কোন সহযোদ্ধার লাশ কাঁধে বয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া। এটা খুব কষ্টের ব্যাপার।
সম্মিলিত সাংস্কৃতি জোটের সাধারণ সম্পাদক হাসান আরিফ বলেন, বাসায় ঢুকে মানুষ হত্যা আমাদের জন্য একটা অশনি সঙ্কেত। তাই এখনি সতর্ক হয়ে এ উগ্রবাদী গোষ্ঠীর বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ নয় প্রতিরোধ গড়ে তুলতে হবে।
বাসদ সাধারণ সম্পাদক কমরেড খালেকুজ্জামান বলেন, এটা শুধু ব্লগার হত্যা করা নয়, এটা হলো মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনা, গণতন্ত্র ও সভ্যতাকে হত্যা করা।
শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন পর্ব শেষে সন্ধ্যায় একটি শোক মিছিল বের করে মঞ্চের নেতাকর্মীরা। মিছিলটি শাহবাগ থেকে শুরু হয়ে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এলাকা ঘুরে আবার শাহবাগে গিয়ে শেষ হয়।
সম্মিলিত সাংস্কৃতি জোটের সমাবেশ ॥ নীলাদ্রি হত্যার বিচার চেয়ে রবিবার বিকেলে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের টিএসসিতে সমাবেশ করেছে সম্মিলিত সাংস্কৃতিক জোট। সমাবেশ থেকে তারা প্রতিবাদ নয় এখন থেকে তারা উগ্রপন্থীদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ গড়ে তোলার আহ্বান জানান। সমাবেশে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংগঠনের সভাপতি গোলাম কুদ্দুছ, সাধারণ সম্পাদক হাসান আরিফ, গণসঙ্গীত শিল্পী ফকির আলমগীর প্রমুখ।
ছাত্রজোটের বিক্ষোভ ॥ ব্লগার নীলাদ্রি চট্টোপ্যাধায় নিলয় হত্যার বিচার দাবিতে রবিবার দুপুরে বিক্ষোভ মিছিল করেছে প্রগতিশীল ছাত্র জোট। মিছিলটি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে মধুর ক্যান্টিন থেকে শুরু হয়ে ক্যাম্পাসের বিভিন্ন সড়ক প্রদক্ষিণ করে কেন্দ্রীয় গ্রন্থাগারে সামানে সমাবেশের মধ্য দিয়ে শেষ হয়। সমাবশে সমাজতান্ত্রিক ছাত্র ফ্রন্টের সভাপতি স্নেহার্দ্রি চক্রবর্তী রিন্টু বলেন, হত্যাকারী অবিলম্বে গ্রেফতার করে বিচারের আওতায় আনা না হলে এই মৌলবাদী শক্তি যেভাবে বিস্তার লাভ করছে, ভবিষ্যতে এর পরিণতি আরও ভয়াবহ রুপ নেবে।
নিলয় হত্যাকারীদের অবিলম্বে গ্রেফতার দাবি করে সংগঠনের ঢাবি শাখার সভাপতি রাশেদ শাহরিয়ার বলেন, একের পর এক ব্লগারকে হত্যা করা হচ্ছে কিন্তু আমরা হত্যাকরীদের এখন পর্যন্ত গ্রেফতার বা বিচার করতে পারিনি। এই বিচারহীনতার কারণে মৌলবাদীরা ব্লগার হত্যায় উৎসাহ জোগাচ্ছে। এই হত্যাকা-ের দায়ভার সম্পূর্ণ সরকারকে নিতে হবে বলেও জানান তিনি।
সমাবেশে আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ছাত্র ইউনিয়নের সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক জি এম জিলানী শুভ, বাংলাদেশ ছাত্র ফেডারেশনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক আশরাফুল আলম সোহেল প্রমুখ। এছাড়া এইদিন দুপুরে একই দাবিতে পৃথক বিক্ষোভ মিছিল করেছে সমাজতান্ত্রিক ছাত্র ফ্রন্ট।

ব্লগার নীলাদ্রি চট্টোপাধ্যায়ের হত্যাকাণ্ডের ব্যাপারে রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষকে দোষারোপ করে দায়িত্ব জ্ঞানহীন,কাল্পনিক বক্তব্য দেয়া থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের প্রতি আহ্বান জানিয়ে বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামীর ভারপ্রাপ্ত সেক্রেটারী জেনারেল ডাঃ শফিকুর রহমান। রোববার দেয়া এক বিবৃতিতে তিনি বলেন, 'ব্লগার নীলাদ্রি হত্যার ঘটনার কোন রকম তদন্ত ছাড়াই এ ঘটনার জন্য রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষকে দোষারোপ করে সরকারের কোন কোন মন্ত্রী এবং আওয়ামী লীগ নেতারা যে দায়িত্ব জ্ঞানহীন, কাল্পনিক বক্তব্য প্রদান করেছেন আমি তার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানাচ্ছি। দেশবাসী উদ্বেগ এবং উৎকণ্ঠার সাথে লক্ষ্য করছে যে, কিছু দিন পর পরই প্রকাশ্য দিবালোকে আইন-শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীর নাকের ডগায় দুর্বৃত্তরা ব্লগারদের হত্যা করেই যাচ্ছে। কিন্তু সরকারের আইন-শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনী হত্যাকারীদের গ্রেফতার করে আইনের আওতায় এনে বিচার করার ক্ষেত্রে বরাবরই ব্যর্থতার পরিচয় দিচ্ছে। যখনই এ ধরনের কোন অঘটন ঘটে তখন সে সব ঘটনার সুষ্ঠু, নিরপেক্ষ তদন্ত ছাড়াই সরকারী দলের নেতা ও মন্ত্রীরা রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষকে দায়ি করে মিথ্যা বক্তব্য দিয়ে প্রকৃত অপরাধীদের আঁড়াল করার অপচেষ্টা চালিয়ে আসছেন। সরকারের দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তিদের এ ধরনের দায়িত্ব জ্ঞানহীন, কাল্পনিক বক্তব্য দেখে দেশবাসীর মনে প্রশ্ন সৃষ্টি হচ্ছে যে, রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষকে দায়ি করে রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত মিথ্যা বক্তব্য দিয়ে পানি ঘোলা করার হীন উদ্দেশ্যে সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে হত্যাকা-ে মদদ দেয়া হচ্ছে কিনা?'
বিবৃতিতে তিনি আরো বলেন, দেশের জনগণ সকল হত্যাকা-েরই সুষ্ঠু ও নিরপেক্ষ তদন্তের মাধ্যমে দোষী ব্যক্তিদের চিহ্নিত করে আইনের আওতায় এনে হত্যাকারীদের দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি চায়। কিন্তু কোন হত্যাকা-ের ঘটনা নিয়ে রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষকে দায়ি করে মিথ্যা বক্তব্য দিয়ে রাজনৈতিক পরিবেশকে ঘোলা করার ষড়যন্ত্র জনগণ বরদাস্ত করবে না।
তিনি ব্লগার নীলাদ্রি হত্যার ঘটনার সুষ্ঠু ও নিরপেক্ষ তদন্ত এবং বিচারের স্বার্থেই এ ঘটনার তদন্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত কাল্পনিক বক্তব্য প্রদান থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল মহলের প্রতি আহ্বান জানান।

Niloy murder: 12 wounds of 'familiar style'

এইচএম এরশাদ, কক্সবাজার থেকে ॥ চট্টগ্রাম, কক্সবাজার ও বান্দরবান জেলার বিভিন্ন কেজি স্কুল, সরকারী প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় ও অর্ধশতাধিক কওমি মাদ্রাসা, মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে পরিচয় গোপন করে নিয়মিত পড়ালেখা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে রোহিঙ্গা বংশোদ্ভূত ৫ হাজারেরও বেশি শিক্ষার্থী। এদের মধ্যে চট্টগ্রামের কমপক্ষে ১০টি কওমি মাদ্রাসায় রয়েছে দুই সহস্রাধিক রোহিঙ্গা শিশু। বিদেশী এনজিওর মদদ ও আর্থিক সহায়তায় কতিপয় লোভী শিক্ষকের কারণে কৌশলে ঐসব শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ওরা অনায়াসে ভর্তি হচ্ছে। রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গী আরএসওর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত একাধিক কওমি মাদ্রাসার বহু রোহিঙ্গা ছাত্র জঙ্গীবাদে উদ্বুদ্ধ বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে। পেট্রোলবোমা নিক্ষেপসহ বিভিন্ন নাশকতামূলক কর্মকা-ে ভাড়ায় গিয়ে থাকে ওইসব রোহিঙ্গা শিক্ষার্থী। স্কুল ও মাদ্রাসাসহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভর্তি হয়ে এসএসসি, এইচএসসি পাস করে রোহিঙ্গা সন্তানরা নির্বিঘেœ পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পর্যন্ত। নিজেদের বাংলাদেশী দাবি করে পরীক্ষা পাসের সনদ দেখিয়ে জাতীয় সনদও হাতিয়ে নিয়েছে ওইসব রোহিঙ্গা শিক্ষার্থীর অনেকে। মিয়ানমারে নিপীড়িত মুসলিম হিসেবে সহানুভূতি দেখিয়ে মাদ্রাসাসহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে স্থান দেয়া হলেও এসব রোহিঙ্গা শিক্ষার্থী একদিন এ দেশের জন্য বড় বাধা হয়ে দাঁড়াতে পারে বলে আশঙ্কা করছেন এলাকার শিক্ষানুরাগী ব্যক্তিবর্গ।
সূত্রে জানা যায়, মিয়ানমার থেকে পালিয়ে এসে আরাকান বিদ্রোহী গ্রুপের (আরএসও) ক্যাডাররা ইতোপূর্বে বিভিন্ন নাশকতা, নৈরাজ্য সৃষ্টি কাজে অংশগ্রহণ ছাড়াও জঙ্গীদের সঙ্গে বোমা হামলায়ও যোগ দিয়েছে এমন অভিযোগ আছে আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর হাতে। রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গীরা কট্টরপন্থী মৌলবাদীদের সঙ্গে তাল মিলিয়ে পার্বত্য বান্দরবান ও কক্সবাজার জেলাতে বেশিরভাগই জঙ্গীপনা সৃষ্টি করতে আরএসওর অর্থায়নে মাদ্রাসা-মক্তব ও এতিমখানা গড়ে তুলতে বেশি আগ্রহী। এক শ্রেণীর ধান্ধাবাজ নেতার কারণে সমাজসেবা অধিদফতরসহ বিভিন্ন ফাউন্ডেশন থেকে সরকারের বরাদ্দকৃত বাৎসরিক বাজেট চলে যাচ্ছে রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গীদের গড়া একাধিক এতিমখানায়। আর এ কাজে মোটা অঙ্কের একটি ভাগ যাচ্ছে সরকারদলীয় কতিপয় নেতার পকেটে। দেশের এতিম অসহায় শিশু-কিশোর এতিমদের জন্য বরাদ্দকৃত সরকারী রসদ সামগ্রী ও বিভিন্ন সুযোগ-সুবিধা ভোগ করছে এতিম নামধারী ওইসব রোহিঙ্গা সন্তানরা। কক্সবাজার সরকারী কলেজের পেছনে সরকারী জায়গা দখল করে রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গী বিভিন্ন মামলার আসামি হাফেজ ছলাহুল ইসলাম পরিচালনাধীন ইমাম মুসলিম ইসলামিক সেন্টার ও লিংক রোডের মুহুরী পাড়ায় আরএসও বাংলাদেশের সমন্বয়ক সদ্য জামিনে মুক্ত রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গী মৌলভী ছালামত উল্লাহর পরিচালনাধীন আদর্শ শিক্ষা নিকেতন, ইসলামপুর জুম নগরে এবং পিএমখালী পাহাড়ে গড়ে ওঠা জামিনে মুক্ত রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গী আবু ছালেহ পরিচালনাধীন মাদ্রাসায় বহু রোহিঙ্গা এবং আরএসও ক্যাডার রয়েছে বলে অভিযোগ উঠেছে। ওইসব এতিমখানায় দেশীয় এতিমদের নামে বরাদ্দকৃত রসদপাতি যাচ্ছে রোহিঙ্গা বংশোদ্ভূত ভুয়া এতিমদের পেটে। রোহিঙ্গা ক্যাম্পে দায়িত্ব পালনকারী জাতিসংঘের কতিপয় প্রতিনিধির সহায়তা পেয়ে রোহিঙ্গা জঙ্গী সংগঠন আরএসও এবং দেশে নিষিদ্ধ সংগঠন হিযবুত তাহরীরের সহযোগিতায় মিয়ানমারের বংশোদ্ভূত রোহিঙ্গা যুবকরা স্কুল-কলেজ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এবং কওমি মাদ্রাসায় ভর্তি হওয়ার সুযোগ পাচ্ছে বলে একাধিক সূত্রে জানা গেছে। বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ঘুরে শিক্ষক, শিক্ষার্থী এবং অভিভাবকদের সঙ্গে কথা বলে জানা গেছে, কক্সবাজার, রামু, উখিয়া ও টেকনাফের বহু কিন্ডার গার্টেন কেজি স্কুল, প্রাথমিক ও মাধ্যমিক-উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় এবং অরএসও অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং কওমি মাদ্রাসায় প্রায় ২ হাজারের অধিক রোহিঙ্গা সন্তান ভর্তি রয়েছে। অনেকে স্থানীয় ইউপি চেয়ারম্যানের অথবা দালালের মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহকৃত ভুয়া নাগরিকত্ব সনদ নিয়ে প্রথমে কেজি বা প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি হয়। সেখান থেকে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা (পিএসসি) শেষ করার পর মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে বা মাদ্রাসায় ভর্তি হয়ে এসএসসি পাস শেষে অনেকে পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পর্যন্ত।
রোহিঙ্গা সন্তানদের যারা কওমি মাদ্রাসায় পড়ালেখা করছে, তাদের সঙ্গে সরাসরি আরএসও ক্যাডারদের যোগাযোগ রয়েছে বলে সূত্র দাবি করেছে। বৃহস্পতিবার কওমি মাদ্রাসায় ভর্তি হতে যাওয়ার সময় চট্টগ্রামের শাহ আমানত সেতু এলাকায় পুলিশ ৪ রোহিঙ্গা যুবককে আটক করেছে।
