Condemn Attack of ABVP on 20th Hariyana State Convention of BAMCEF

20th Hariyana State Convention of BAMCEF (The All India Backward And Minority Communities Employees Federation, New Delhi) organized on 15-16th August 2015 at Maharshi Dayanand University ,Rohtak (Hariyana) in the Ambedkar Hall was attacked by ABVP (Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad) on early hours of 15th August (69th Independence Day) during the preparations of the function.
Although, the programme was organized with due permission from the university authorities with advance payment made in its favor, the university authority playing hands in glove with ABVP cancelled the permission after the said attack. Around 25-30 people have been injured in the attack by ABVP and the police lathicharge. It was on spot protested with sit in (Dharna) in front of the hall by the affected people.
Simultaneously the injured were admitted in the government hospital (PGIMS) near the campus. Even after the medical report produce in the police station the SHO of PGIMS police station of Rohtak has denied registering the complaint of BAMCEF against the ABVP hooligans, university authorities and its biased police force. Then programme was shifted to Dr.Ambedkar Public School Auditorium, Khokara Chowk, Rohtak. The convention is going on as per the scheduled there after.
This incidence is condemned across the country and abroad. The leadership of the organization is seriously engaged in filing criminal case against the culprit to demand the innumerous damage caused to it and the lawful action against them.
It is also felt by the leadership that, saffron forces may have premeditated the ploy. It reveals that they have lost the guts to defend themselves democratically against the indigenous masses of the country and it is shame on their government, which has come in force with the false agenda of development, peace and prosperity.
Moreover, it is the matter of shame, which they have brought by obstructing the peaceful assembly of the people on the pious day of the independence. This exposes their Hitler styled barbaric rule in the country to which the learned people will not spare. If the administration fails to punish the guilty and compensate the damage caused the organization set to launch protest and movement against them throughout the country.
