The main reason for the Uri Avnery, the top Israeli zionist impostor, ongoing success in hoodwinking the Palestinian leaders ( and some gullible Palestinian websites) is that he purports to support the Palestinian cause, while maintaining his loyalty to zionism and to the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. He manages to paste over the inherent contradiction with lies and by distortions in his weekly zionist propaganda pieces (see his latest piece republished by at least two Palestinian websites, and without any reservation, here : http://www.palestinechronicle.com/view_article_details.php?id=19151 and here : http://www.amin.org/articles.php?t=ENews&id=3841 ).
In his latest piece, Avnery supports the Palestinian judge of the zionist High Court who declined to join the singing of the zionist anthem recently. However, the real issue is whether a Palestinian in a top zionist institution like the zionist High Court is serving the Palestinian cause or is he, perhaps, serving the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. For even if he remains loyal to his fellow Palestinians during the performance of his future duties on the bench, his voice would be always a one person minority, and his judicial jobs would be dictated by the president of this High Court who is a fanatical zionist.
As if to add insult to injury, Avnery is repeating an old lie about himself for promoting himself as an anti-fascist since his childhood. This would have been laughable if it has not been misleading gullible Palestinians (as well as people on the Left everywhere) into trusting this zionist impostor. Let truth, then, be made here absolutely clear and beyond doubt, once and for all. Uri Avnery was never opposed to fascism, and least of all when he was a 9 year old child, as no child can tell the meaning of fascism, and certainly not a child of fanatically zionist parents who was raised to join the zionist terrorist Irgun at the age of 15 in Palestine as had been Avnery's parents.
Uri Avnery had immigrated to Palestine at the age of 10 with his parents because they had been fanatical zionists, not because they opposed fascism. The followers in Germany of Vladimir Jabotinsky - to which Avnery's parents belonged - have collaborated with the Hitler regime during 1933 -1936. It stands to reason, therefore, that Uri Avnery's parents were not opposed to the fascist-Nazi regime. George Kareski, the leader of Jabotinsky's followers in Germany at that time, had then collaborated with the Nazis as follows :
"Georg Kareski, the head of both the "Revisionist" Zionist State Organization and the Jewish Cultural League, and former head of the Berlin Jewish Community, declared in an interview with the Berlin daily Der Angriff at the end of 1935: For many years I have regarded a complete separation of the cultural affairs of the two peoples [Jews and Germans] as a pre-condition for living together without conflict... In his book, Zionism In the Age of the Dictators, Lenni Brenner provided a full chapter for the detailed collaboration of Georg Kareski with the Hitler regime. So much for Uri Avnery's lies about his "anti-fascist" background, "beginning at the age of nine".
However, there are some Palestinian intellectuals, albeit in a minority, who are not gullible, and do not trust Uri Avnery, nor impressed by his lies. Such one is the Palestinian website, intifada-palestine.com. Last month it published an article by Jonathan Azaziah alongside a photo of Avnery. The caption under the photo reads : "Uri Avnery: A Zionist warmonger masquerading as an activist for "peace.""(See : http://www.intifada-palestine.com/2012/02/the-case-of-uri-avnery-i-shukran-israel-analyzed-and-refuted/ ). Another Palestinian site, Uprooted Palestinians, published an article shortly after under the title, Poison in the Cake . The article opens as follows : " The typical Zionist hasbara method of systematic attempt to discredit any genuine Resistance Mass Movement, is brilliantly exposed by Jonathan Azaziah thorough analysis of the case of Uri-Avnery, allegedly a "humanist" and "peace activist".

Would the Palestinian leaders withdraw their approval of the continued betrayal by Raji Sourani of myself and my children to the ongoing zionist Gestapo torture here, in Australia, before it is too late ?
