If you want to preserve your right to dissent, to oppose the actions of this, or any other, government, here and abroad, you must act now. There is no time to waste!

Right this moment, the Obama Administration is feverishly finalizing an international treaty that will rob you of your free speech on the internet, subject you to invasive government searches, and help Mr. Obama and his anti-American allies around the world stifle dissent here in the U.S.

This treaty is called the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement or ACTA, and it is even worse than the internet takeover bills that are currently bottled up in the House of Representatives (SOPA) and in the U. S. Senate (PIPA).

The Obama Administration has already agreed to this treaty. Our last chance to stop it is in the U.S. Senate.

Thanks to your faxes and your phone calls, Barack Obama's attempt to pass H.R. 3121 and S. 968, the internet takeover bills, has been slowed down in both the House and the Senate.

However, Mr. Obama is a very determined, and extremely power-hungry, man, and he has a backup plan in this ACTA treaty.

ACTA does everything that the internet takeover bills do, and more, much, much, more!

It is international, and it covers most of the developed world. It disregards American sovereignty, and it forces American companies and internet users to abide by this new set of global regulations.

Congress will have NO ROLE in protecting your internet freedom under this treaty. This new treaty will SUPERCEDE the U.S. Constitution!

Website companies will be forced to police the internet all over the world, and to censor internet content.

It will even give government authorities the power to search your personal computer or IPOD when you cross international borders!

This treaty is far, far worse that the bills currently before the House and the Senate. And the only way to stop it is by voting it down in the U.S. Senate. The Senate is our LAST line of defense!

Like the SOPA and PIPA bills on Capitol Hill, Barack Hussein Obama says ACTA is necessary to stop internet piracy. However, there are already plenty of international laws on the books to do that.

This is an INTERNATIONAL government power-grab that will give Barack Hussein Obama, and his foreign despot allies, unprecedented power over the internet and over free speech. It is a very clever way to completely circumvent the U.S. legislative process, as well as our Constitution.

If we don't stop this treaty, the federal government will seize the power to shut down websites, fine internet companies, including your favorite political forums and anti-Obama web pages, and begin invasive searches of all your electronic devices, whenever you leave or enter the country.

Government agents will be allowed to check what you read on your Kindle device, what you listen to on your IPOD, and what websites you visit on your laptop computer!

This is a totalitarian bill that will be used to stifle any and all dissent on the internet. That's why Barack Hussein Obama is so desperate to have the Senate ratify it.

Call your U.S. Senator's office at 202-224-3121. Tell him, or her, to OPPOSE the ACTA treaty.

Remember, ACTA is an international treaty that is a separate attempt by the Obama Administration to take control over the internet. It is far, far more dangerous than even the internet takeover legislation currently before Congress.

The ONLY way to stop this treaty is to force the Senate to vote it down.
